I'm pretty sure like I do, most of you have a particular song that you just adore listening to when you're feeling a certain way; I know you do, it's just human nature. Anyway, we like to find comfort in relating to our emotions through our music. Right now I feel very nostalgic so I'm really feeling Remember Me by The Birthday Massacre.
Discuss: What's your current mood/emotion and what song links to your current mood/emotion?

Currently, I feel like I'm "drifting." Not really here per say. Just... Absent minded. I sort of feel emo-ish since I can't really think straight. That seems to happen a lot to me. Florence and the Machine - Cosmic LoveThis song is so dream-like and mystical. It sort of describes how I feel at the moment x]

Well, right now I'm feeling "Helter Skelter" by the Beatles, but there's this one song that I felt right after this bad breakup called "I Just Don't Think I'll Ever Get Over You" by Colin Hay. I'm also feeling Electric Feel (Justice Remix) by MGMT. My life has a soundtrack, it's just jumbled up in my mess of CDs, iPods, and favorite radio stations.

I'm too happy, I think. xd I listen to a lot of bright, fast-paced songs. slow songs are too boring and make me fall asleep/tired pretty quickly. sweatdrop

I usely feel like either 1. "The man who cant be moved" -The script or 2. "Salvation" - Five finger Death punch or finally 3. "Behind blue eyes" -the Who but that doesnt really much apply to me because I dont have blue eyes....more goldish brown.

There's this song by Alanis Morissette called "Unsent." It seems to be excerpts of letters to former boyfriends/lovers, and if I merely switched out the names in each "Dear X" stanza, it would perfectly reflect the past relationships I had that left a mark on me, for better or worse. The stanza dedicated to Terrence is a perfect reflection of a relationship I had that was, quite possibly, the best relationship I could have with a person and still somehow ******** it all up.
Dear Terrence,
I love you muchly. You've been nothing but open-hearted and emotionally available and supportive and nurturing and consummately there for me. I kept drawing you in and pushing you away. I remember how beautiful it was to fall asleep on your couch and cry in front of you for the first time. You were the best platform from which to jump beyond myself.
What was wrong with me?
He was probably one of the best human beings I've ever met in my life. And still I managed to ruin it. It was a bad breakup, but thinking of him always makes me smile. It doesn't hurt at all; it's a good memory of the time we had.
