This thread is to discuss what would be a suitable time to host this contest, and how long it should roughly run for.

I am free to plan from now till mid-August. I have exams in early October, meaning after that I'd be free to host the event all the way through February.
But if enough tasks are delegated, any time is good.

I have all the time in the world. weekends im a bit less active as i have friends over and we are playing games of the awesome variety.. but aside from that im here all the darn time (or near by).
august my son starts kinder.. hum.. but aside from that, husbands still in school and im still stuck at home all day.

I START A NEW JOB IN JULY OMFG. AND IT'S THE BEST JOB EVER.
And am pretty busy until then.
So I guess... end of july onwards.

As for scheduling, I am fairly avaliable at the moment. Have some family things going on, but other than that, I work from home right now, so I can easily work MOST things into my schedule.

Summer holidays are going to be toughest for me, but I don't know what will happen after that as, it depends if my work extends my contract or not (budgeting issues wtf o__o ), but like I said in chat, I'll be up for rp helping/running/taking part. XD

I have basic from August 24th to the beginning of November. I'm available to contribute before and after that point, but not during.
I'll be a bit restricted in time after basic do to job training. However, from what I hear, that shouldn't be too much of a problem.

Uhmm...I know I haven't been very talkative. I'm more of an action oriented type of person but I have no idea what I'm supposed to be doing here.
As for scheduling....Beginning and End of each semesters usually suck for me. In this case...Beginning of August, Middle of August, Beginning of December or so.

When things get back to normal - I freelance from home full time - which means that I have access to the internet and Gaia all day. But right now I am helping mom out at her office while a co-worker is out sick. So I work 3 days a week and then come home to freelance whatever job NEEDS to be done that night.
Weekends I'm not on much due to family events, errands, and cleaning house.

Okay I have now found out that I will be working full time over the summer, but as of September 4th I will no longer have a job - unless that changes, I will be free to spend copious amounts of time and effort on this project. XD I can't decide if I'm pleased about that or not.
