Pencil Eyeliner or liquid eyeliner.. because i just switched from pencil to liquid and it seems that liquid is allot more runny .

I go through pencil quicker but it sticks better and dosent run as much. so i say pencil is better.

i use both, theres not much difference with me as long as it works

I say pencil is better, it doesn't run as much .-.
Also liquid does sort of look a bit better, at times.

I actually use an eyeliner brush and eyeshadow .w.
