I think that it's pretty good, but something I've noticed that tends to be a running theme with avatars that win in the top 10 is that their hair color matches their overall outfit OR they're cosplaying as something and did it well (not 100% accuracy on that, but it seems to be the trend). So while I think the outfit is good, I think that one of the improvements could be a change in hairstyle...hmmm, what else...something about that cat, those claws, or that flower is throwing me off. I'm not quite sure WHAT it is, but...what is the overall theme that you're going for here? I'ma look through your inventory list and see if there's anything that I would suggest off the bat...

I like it, but it won't get you as far as desired in the arena. You'll get smacked upside the head for not matching all of your yellows. If the hair stays that way, you'll have to add blue things of the exact same shade. Themes give you bonus points.
I'll look around the arena and see what people like and what bothers them. It would be nice to be able to view the top ten, but it's also more fair not to let anyone see. It would be helpful for prospective entries, though. I'll see if the past winners link is working now.

It is working right now Deno, and it's got last week's winners there too. Sinn should be up there, grr...at least we can see their comments. I wonder how we would find the BOTTOM ten and see what people said...? One of the sad things is that with each passing month, people have to be more and more creative since voters get all like, "I've seen so many avatars with such-and-such theme, it's unoriginal, blah blah."

Bleh, I've just never really seen a yellow hairstyle that I liked a lot...and with the shirt, orange might be able to pull it off.
Of course, you could always try for a complimentary color...green might work well...ack, on second thought, it'd probably have to be a dark green, and I doubt that any are dark enough...lime...hair...eesh...
But still, I would try something in the range of red, orange, yellow, green. Anything else would be stretching it, though gray might work.

Since there's black on the shirt and gloves and kiki, black hair would be annoying. Blue contrasts too far unless the exact same shade of blue can be matched and accessorized further in the avatar. A bit of white wouldn't hurt, either. I think a good shade of whitisih or yellowish on the top of his head will look better. any other color of hair would need some stuff to balance it.

White/gray may be the one to default to on this one for the hair...aside from that, it really is pretty well put together...the only thing that's throwing me off aside from that seems to be those bare arms...but is there anything he can put on that'll fix that up?

He can either wear a net top (it'll go over the shirt and possibly help the look, or more probably hurt it) or a web shirt, which'll go under it. There's a blue web shirt, which might go well with the hair. Actually, it'll probably clash.

I think it would need to go under...the centerpiece of the whole look is that shirt...it'd be a shame to cover it.
Are there colors other than blue?

Black and red. The red definitely won't do, but the black might. I think I'll go mess around with Tektek to see if I can find anything.
For your reference, the net stuff is black, red, and green.
