I noticed how a lot of people who hack others end up getting banned once they're caught in the act. Not counting all their gold and items just sit on their account doing nothing at all. I propose that the victim who got hacked can take all of the items that the hacker owned since they won't be using it anymore anyway when they get banned. Good idea? yes or no? >=D

I think that would be a nice thing to do. Hacking is so mean!
And it's not like the will be using it anymore anyway...

It is a brilliant idea. mrgreen Now the question is, how can someone prove they've been hacked? It would be so easy for someone to fake that without some method.
Also, has anyone suggested the idea to Gaia yet?

I think the idea is Gaia gives the items of the person who hacked them to the person who got hacked. Seems very fair to me and above board.

yeah. Oh and Glengrin, I think I have an idea for us being heard. Maybe we could find a way to block hackers before they even get a chance to hack anybody.

I was thinking that there should be a program that keeps hackers from hacking anyone on gaia.

Exactly! =D So that way gaia would be 10x more safer and nobody would have to deal with any of their items going missing and have their accounts get taken. Also that there should be survailence of some sort in order to detect this stuff.

Right.Plus that if that happens no one will have to worry about getting hacked ever again and that the survailence should be part of the program that keep's hackers from hacking.

Nice idea. However it is not that simple. What hackers do is crack the programming code and break into sites. They insert malware to collect information such as passwords and security coding.
If you could come up with a solution to this, you could solve most online crime, not just hacking on Gaia. eek
There are whole legions of experts all over the world working on this.
So preventing hacking may not be possible. Justice for those who are hacked despite doing nothing wrong like sharing their password is. So, how can we be heard?
