Technomancy: As a result of Grells magic mixing with his internal machinery this ability was made. Using Grells magic, he can effectively manipulate anything mechanical, and twist, bend, or move it to wherever he needs. Some have called it the magic over metal, since he can form it into any shape he wants, which goes along with the bending and twisting of the substance. He uses this to cut the time making machinery almost all the way.
Soul Eater: Since Grell is an artificial human, he doesn’t posses the same parts as a human, or they don’t work the same way, so he can’t use magic. However by producing a certain type of machinery into the back of his throat, he can effectively consume an opponents magical power and soul by eating their flesh.
Soul distribution: Using portions of Grells soul, he can power any machine for a lifetime. It wont have any measure of intelligence other than whats programmed, due to the small amount of soul within it. He can also use this to implant his soul into antoher being for a limited amount of time. If he eats the flesh of that person, while the soul is still within the body, then it would fully heal Grell, and renew his magic power. [Similar to szayel from bleach]
Soul Transfer: Using a complex magic learned from ancient texts, Grell can transfer his entire body into anything he wishes, but he can only continue consciously if it is another living being or if it is facilitated to react to his magic and start up as a living being, as his artificial body was meant to.
Photographic memory: Grell can memorize anything he sees or reads in a split second.
Analytical mind: Grell can analyze an opponent in about a minute, effectively memorizing his battle patterns, and even being able to learn spells by sight, including spells only the lord of an empire has the power to use, due to his massive magical ability.
Super senses, and numb body: Since Grell is an artifical human he has a very heightened hearing and sight, and even smell, but that can be turned on or off at will. He has no sense of touch though since he has no nerve endings.

Bio:
Grell was not always the insane man that he is today, nor was he always unnatural, an abomination, as it were. He was once a little boy, no larger than the chair that decorated the lonely room at his home. Everything you just heard was a lie. Grell has always been insane, although he was once a real human. When he turned six he killed his entire family. Apparently from a very young age he has had a tremendous magical ability. On that day he had unleashed his magical power, and torn his entire family, which consisted of a father, mother, brother, and sister, into bits. Then he fed. He fed on their flesh as if it were the meat of a bull. He grew to love the taste of flesh, and would kill for it. He was soon taken in by a tinkerer by the name of Jack Swift. He simply fixed up small machinery and made toys, but he got Grell started down the path of knowledge. Grell studied vigorously, and learned everything he could. He built up a massive stock of books over the years and created the kingdom of mist using the funds he had gained from selling his various inventions. He had killed his mentor, the tinkerer, just as he had his family. He was destined to kill all that he loved. He built up his empire, until it was the richest in the world. He constantly built things and experimented on himself. One day he went too far and almost killed himself. He was forced to create an artificial body. It was an exact replica, but it sealed in his magic until he purposely used it, unlike its random bursts before. He transferred his soul using a complex magic, and became immortal in his mechanical body.
