I <3 those comics..
Anyway!! This will be my weekly debate forum. Each week I will change the subject of debate which could be ANYTHING. Its gonna be randomly chosen from the random idea that pop into my mind of ADHD so enjoy! 1. When should one no longer live with the folks? Does this go by a age, a stage or life? Is there any way to really tell?2. Do kids now-a-day game too much? Yes it is a professinal world now but should kids still cut back on it? 3. What are your views on teen pregnacy? Complete waste or does it depend on the couple/girl?.

A person should leave the family home as soon as he/she has enough cash to get their own place and pay for it for a few months.

Well... if you ask me, I think a person should move out when they are mentally ready to leave, if they leave their folks with out knowing what's in the Real world... they are screwed.

I left at 18, partly because I thought I was ready, partly because I couldn't live up to my mom's expectations of landing a job no sweat in our crappy town.
For the first year I was technically homeless, and was never in one place for long, constantly crashing at different friend's places at night. A couch surfer, if you would.
From the second year till today, I've been with my girlfriend of 10 months. We've had 3 apartments together in the 10 months of dating, and life overall hasn't been easy. But nobody said it would.
From experience, no age or level of maturity can help you when the world is out to make sure your s**t goes wrong.
Though, not living at home does improve one's relationship with the mother, as I learned.

Whenever I get home from DC (visiting my dad... damn military deployments) my mom seems much nicer to me~ until she looks in my closet andcsees the black hole of crap.

I am currently in the process of getting my place together. I no longer live my folks and havn't for almost 2 yrs but crap happens and my place needs repairs. I've been staying with the in-laws till that could be finsihed which should be durning the summer. As far as the question goes I think theres no set way to tell when someone should be out but I think 30 yrs old is your dead line gonk Hahaha

I agree at 30 years old, I should be out and on my own by then. Living with my folks would be devastating...

I think I've got my mind set for leaving the state for the fact of my whole family is nuts and has been causing me stress for the past two months and the fact that I think I'm never going to get anywhere successful living in a dump cracked up town in the middle of nowhere -_-
I'm 14 and I've already found the common sense to move out of state when I'm older...
EDIT: It just moreover depends on the kids' situation and stress level in my opinion. And if they want to spread their metaphorical wings other than their home state.

I think the video game is much too big. Yes I myself am a gamer but its a passtime not a lifestyle. Now I hold nothing against those who do hold it as a lifestyle as long as they don't let the rest of their life go by which applys to any career really. Be healty about it and its fine <3

I do it for a past time as well, it is much more fun and I never would do it as a lifestyle, it's not the type of person I am.

The only reason to game when we were kids was to play Red Blue or Yellow obsessively. Kids these days don't have the chance to play Red Blue or Yellow. So no.
