um, there is a problem with Squad 13, that many of you don't know. It came to my attention tonight, by Tystra (my name is you know), that Aylin quit the guild. i will ask him to post her Pm to him to show where she said that she quit. So know we need to think about what we do with the squad.

Well that is terrible that she is leaving but now that put us in a tough spot now. Ether we close down Squad 13 or we find a replacement.

well there is one, i believe, but he hasn't been in the guild long enough and enshara's going to kill us if we take one of her squad members again

xD Anywayz, I think Beatriz would be good. She's the Lt of Squad 9. Sai, Eon, Toasty and I have hung around her and RP'd with her for a while. I can proudly say she's an awesome RPer.

but we need leadership skills first, i haven't seen any come from her yet, and i don't see her posting outside of the squad.

Oh, then that'd be partly my fault. Won't tell you how, but it is. And wait, wait,wait,wait. She posted alot in the Espada's Reign RP. Then, there's also Toasty, my Lt. I could show you one of his long posts if needed.

true, but recently she hasn't been posting, Toasty, i haven't seen him post outside of your squad very often. (i know that is the name you call him, fireball, but i don't feel like looking up his real name, so i'm using it)

Aylin Reikasu Hey, Tystra If you haven't heard already, I quit SRotS. The place and the people just aren't for me, unfortunately. If the one thing you're worried about is the Guild homepage-- don't worry. I enjoy photoshop. So as soon as the program gets back to me and when Redd sends me the tekteks, I'll finish. Ranks went through that recent change, so I have to update it. Good luck with everything in Squad 12, hope it all goes well.

Beatriz and Tosasty has very good leader ship, I believe that there should be a vote on the two of them to become captain. Even though that Tosa or Beatriz doesn't come on that much, Kaze or Myself will fill them in on whats happening. rolleyes
