No cost limit, neither down, nor up.
The limits are:
* Keep the "Skin" unless you fully covers it with something else.
* The Paws may be skipped.
* Whiskers may be added(only the "nose" ones).
Choose one or several of these Genres (Mixing Genres are ok):
* Cyberpunk
* School
* Western
* Spellcaster
* Rock/Metal
* Mecha
* Pet Monster
* Card Player
* Pirate
