Spicy chicken ramen with pork slices friend in an orange ginger sauce, all dunked into one bowl.
SO GOOD.

I am not eating now, but earlier I had sweet potato fries with a horseradish ranch. Sweet potato fries have an amazing texture and flavor. They are more firm than regular fries, and even when they don't have that fry crisp on the outside, they retain their vegetable crisp. It is fantastic. I had about a pound of those and 4 tacos. Kegan and his healthy eating would be livid at me, but I was starving.

My favorite dish has probably got to be cheesecake of almost all kinds.
My least favorite is lunchmeat roast beef.

That said I love homemade chow mein. I make a pretty good chow mein for a white chick.

But your thread is about recipes. This one is about eating. I like eating, but I don't know how long you gotta deep fry sweet potatoes to make them fries.
