Even though it's dead here. o.O
Just an update on my life. I'm testing for my license on the 16th. I applied for college, I still need to go the financial aid and mail in some things but, I still finished the application.
So, I guess I'm finally getting my life in order? If only I could get a job now. xD;

I've got less than three weeks until the baby is due And if he decides to come late, I'm scheduled for an induction on May 4th. Jesse and I are both still unemployed but at least he's still in school so he'll have some escape from the baby. D:

Oh jeez. x.x I hope it doesn't come late. If you're both unemployed, how are you going to take care of the baby?

I'm on the WIC program so I get about $60 worth of food and milk a month And we've gotten basically everything we need for the baby from baby showers so we really don't need to buy much for him. Plus, I'll be breastfeeding so don't have to worry about formula. I've got a little bit of money in savings and Jesse gets money from the VA so we should be okay. It'll be hard though.

1. Bree. That is super cool that you are getting those kinds of things in order. I'm happy for you. : )
2. I really like your avatar. /random
3. I got my driver's permit finally, I'll be taking Driver's Ed the second/third week of May. And then testing for my license. So yay, there. Good for you, too. : D
4. Torri, I'm glad your baby showers were good hauls. That's always important. (I actually went to a baby shower today - so many newborn diapers... So many.)
5. Do people normally set induction dates just in case?
6. It'll be hard, but. Worth it all at the same time. But you know that.
7. So much work. Ef finals in the a.

Torri: Yeah, that sounds like it'll be really tough.. But I'm sure you'll make it through
Jimmy: Sweet, so we'll both be getting our licenses soon.

I'm sure its normal for them to set induction dates. They don't want the baby to go too far past the due date so it's better to make the appointments early and end up canceling than to have 20 women signed up at the same time. If that makes sense.. Besides, I was due on April 30th too and ended up not being born until May 12. The doctor didn't want me to go through that. xD
My sister wants the baby to come early because the induction is scheduled for the week of her finals. D:

1. Bree. Yes, I guess we are. Did you apply for a community college? Or a state college? Or or or.
2. Torri. Yeah. Guess that makes sense. I just had never heard of it before. And I've been watching a lot of 16 and Pregnant lately. It would be no fun to wait 12 days after your due date.

Community college. I have a feeling I'll only be there for two years then have to transfer to a different one...

Bree Wolfe Community college. I have a feeling I'll only be there for two years then have to transfer to a different one... Cool beans. I have a few friends who go to a community college just south of here, that is actually run through the university I go to... And it's really just a two year school meant to transfer you here. So that makes sense that you would eventually transfer to a different one. : )

Yup.
I think if I do have to I'm going to go to UMASS Dartmouth, as that's where a lot of the artsy people go. I don't really want to stay in dorms though. I hate people. xD

I hate people. xD You wouldn't have to as far as I know... I mean, the general rule is - if it's a small liberal arts college (or slightly bigger) they require at least the freshmen year to be in dorms. So if you're a transfer student it wouldn't matter?

RainbowJimmy 1. 2. Torri. Yeah. Guess that makes sense. I just had never heard of it before. And I've been watching a lot of 16 and Pregnant lately. It would be no fun to wait 12 days after your due date. I've been watching it too. Exactly why I don't want to be induced. All the girls who end up going through that seem to be in a lot more pain.
My sister is transferring to a bigger school and just found out she's going to need another credit of math after she just took care of it in the first semester to hurry up and get it over with. xD I don't know why she's so worried though, she's been on the Dean's list every semester so it's not like she's a complete idiot.
