Bio: Ganz was kicked out of every pokémon establishment and school because of his cruel and unnecessary treatment of pokémon. He had his starter, a cyndaquil, and pokédex confiscated outside Professor Elm's lab for setting it on a child who had not yet received his own pokémon. He jumped at the chance to join Team Rocket as a way to spread his own brand of chaos and fear. Besides, he always prefered to take rather than earn.
