We don't really have much of a story... We used to be a small group of foxes, tiny in fact. We were all considered fugitives among the other tribes, and we're not going to lie, we were. They were no petty, minor crimes either.
Our former tribes no longer considered us real threats since we essentially vanished, though were still on the lookout for us. We then formed Akatsuki.
Once upon a time, our goal was world domination. Led by Akatsu, it seemed we could reach that goal. This goal of ours was unknown to the other tribes.
We were known as a mercenary group to most. We gained little for what we did, but that did not matter much. As long as our goals and motives were secret...
At the height of our power, something happened... Red clouds came... This was an omen from the 'Deities...
We could hide our motives from other tribes... But not from the Higher Beings...
A famine struck us. Numerous members of our tribe perished.
Though Sheba, Akatsu's mate, managed to escape with her three children: Akuma, Frenka, and Ayashii. They were all separated and lived on their own. All three grew up.
In short time, Frenka and Akuma met each other once again. They decided to remake the tribe. Ironically, Akuma was a fugitive of the Bamboo Tribe, which made it almost destiny that she and Frenka revive the tribe. They found family members and others with interest to join, and the tribe was restarted.
Akatsu watched them, not pleased with their motives. This was not the Akatsuki of old. They were too nice. They had no intentions for world domination. So Akatsu possessed Frenka, the Elder of the new Akatsuki Tribe. Another famine hit along with a blizzard in this time, and the tribe fell into a period of turmoil.
After months, Konton finally was able to rid Akatsu from Frenka's body. The famine continued, however, and Frenka deserted the tribe, along with other members.
Konton was then decided to be the new Elder of the tribe. Following her promotion, death swept over the lands, turning the sacred lands into a wasteland. It was a test from Akatsu... One that Konton was able to pass.
The Akatsuki Tribe relocated and now have started anew... Who knows what is in store for the future...

• Keep OOC conversations to a minimum.
• Respect the shop, other owners, the foxes, etc.
• Please write like you have a brain. No IM Shorts, "txt tlk", chatspeak, whatever you want to call it.
• Talk in () || [] {} <> or anything like that when you are OOC.
• No God-Modding.

"The kanji on the jewelry shows you are a member of the Tribe. It also shows your rank in the tribe and some say the kanji on on the jewelry has served in the past as representation of Gods, to help in concentration before battle and in protection from evil."

Elder;; Able to communicate with the Modieties and makes the decisions for the tribe.
Shaman;; Foxes that take care of the sick and injures. They also are able to read astrological signs.
Hunter;; Hunt animals for food.
Gatherer;; Gather herbs with the Shaman and gather the kills with the Hunter. They also gather fruits and vegetables for food.
Scout;; Scout and patrol the tribe borders. They also serve as messengers to give messages to ally tribe and also alert ally tribes if the Tribe is in trouble. They can also alert the Hunters when the herds of large animals come in.
Carers;; They take care of the precious kits who are the future of the tribe. They are responsible for them unless the kits are in a training session for a job. They also take the blame if the kits are lost, though the punishment isn't severe unless they kits are never found or found dead.
Tribe Members;; You have no specific job. You help out anyone who needs it when they need it.
