The four and smallest of the seven Sevii Islands. Floe Island consists of a smalll town that has a Day Care Center run by two elderly people. Also on Floe Island is Icefall Cave, home to several different types of Ice Pokemon. Floe Island is also home to Lorelei of Kanto's Elite Four.
Floe Island is accessible by ferry from Vermillion City, Olivine City, or any of the other Sevii Islands.

Cecille sat on a rock, as if waiting for something, then perks as she sees an Oddish hop up to her. "Oh! Oddish! Right on time!" she says, giggling. "Let's hurry and play before I have to go to work." The Oddish hops up and down, "Odd odd!" she cries, tapping her leg with her leaves.

Yuna soon emerges from the ferry that had just arrived from Chrono Island. "Today it looks like we're going to be training at Icefall Cave," she said pulling one of her Pokeballs.

The Oddish took off running. "Hey! Get back here!" Cecille says, giggling a little as she began to chase the Oddish.

Oddish ran until he reached the Icefall Cave, and ducked into the entrance. Cecille chases after him, and pauses at the entrance, putting her hand on the cold rocks. "Phew... You really give me exercise, Oddish. That's for sure." she says, giggling a little.

Yuna walked towards the entrance of the cave stopping before a girl that had stopped to catch her breath.

Oddish looks at Yuna, and ducks behind Cecille's leg, huddling rather close to her. Cecille looks at Oddish, then at the girl, blinking.

Yuna looked at the girl as she was looking at her. "Oh sorry," she said, "I don't mean to intrude. I was just on my way to Icefall Cave to training."

Yuna looked for a moment at the girl that was staring blankly at her, before closing her eyes. She then began to try and read the girls thoughts.

Yuna opened her eyes and pulled back her mind to herself. "It's fine," she said with a small smile, "I'm Yuna."

Cecille smiles. "It's nice to meet you, Yuna. Are you here to train in the caves? I could tell because lots of people come to the caves to train." she says, smiling. "Even Lorelei comes home every once in a while to train."
