Recently I've hated looking at my body. No matter how many times anyone says how beautiful I am, including my fiance, I just can't see it, I've grown to hate little things about myself. My nipples are too big my body just is imbalanced...I don't know what to do because nothing anyone says or does seems to work...I like myself with clothes on but once I take them off I dont even want to see myself. I have no idea what to do...

It's about self-esteem and confidence. Maybe there's some depression that's playing a role?
Try this: Every day, write down a list of 5 things you like about yourself. Doesn't matter what they are, whether they're physical or characteristic... you said you don't like anything about yourself physically, so you could try to stick to physical traits when you make your list. And then every day, try to find 5 more things that you like about yourself. The point of the exercise is to help you see that yes, there are lots of good things about you. And that your boyfriend can see them, even if you can't see them yet.
No one is perfect, and models only represent a very small portion of the human population. It's pointless to hold yourself up to an ideal that most people can't attain. If you were to poll the guild, I bet you just about every single person would have at least one or two things they didn't like about themselves. It's just something you have to live with, and then learn to like the rest of yourself.
