Bio: Akane grew up in Lavender Town with a father who was a Gym Leader in Saffron City. However, his spot was taken by a younger trainer, more fit for the gym. Akane then had the ambition to train her Pokemon to become the top trainer in her region. She is now the champion of Kanto, and defends her title well. She is also a Pokemon breeder, and prefers not to catch Pokemon like most trainers do. She has a strange ability to hear what Pokemon are thinking by coming in physical contact with them.

Bio: Link was born and raised in New Bark Town as kid. He left home when he was around 11 years old on an errand for Professor Elm. After defeating all of the gyms in Johto, he travelled to Kanto to challenge the gyms there and defeated them as well. Upon challenging the Elite Four, he began to realize his potential and fought hard with his Pokemon. After defeating Lance, he was offered the rank of Champion which he accepted and continues to reside as such for the Johto region. He is currently challenging the Sinnoh gyms, while also on an errand for Professor Elm.

She doesn't travel much outside of Hoenn, but has collected a few other badges from outside her region. Bio: Kieth's father, Professor Paul Dorman, was an expert on grass pokémon and, in particular, their various habitats and diets. He often took Kieth along with him on his expeditions, as Kieth shared his father's passion for grass pokémon. Kieth chose not to get his first pokémon as soon as he was able to, as he knew his father would be leaving for another expedition soon and wanted to aid him in his research. Three years later, he began to get his own seperate curiosities that his father would not look into, prompting him to get a pokémon of his own and venture into the world to make his own discoveries. He hopes to one day be recognised as the world's most famous field expert in the area of grass pokémon.
