This thread is to limit the amount of discussion in the rp thread and to keep most of it strictly rp (kind of ruins the mood when someone suddenly suggests an idea for the rp there) So to prevent the awesome ideas from distracting the story, abuse this one XD K so far I've only made a lame intro post, being super vague about the New World created, with a random number chosen since we're a small guild XD The original post is subject to a lot of change...! Notes so far - we are all gods, new or ones from existing mythologies - can rp about the creation of yourself (the demigod) - drama between gods, the marriages and affairs, the disputes - each god has a special place (could be said to be their "home") - there can be a place where they meet and congregate (name? ideas?) - do not go power crazy, you are only a demigod, there is still someone higher up Idea (if you did not understand the super vague rp post) We the demigods are ordered to work together to take care of the New World. However we don't all get along, but it is up to us to figure out how to cooperate with one another. Topics for Discussion 1. Name of this world 2. Other details to add to the original post regarding the creation of the world 3. The name of the rp thread; suggestions?

No idea for names or anything...I'd probably just say something to Norse-ish anyways XD
But I'm totally RPing Skuld biggrin
Just so I can remember things about her, I'm gonna start planning her in here.
-youngest of the valkyries (therefore rides an awesome flying horse. NOT A PEGASUS.)
-decides who dies on the battlefield and brings them to the world of the dead.
-name means either debt or future. -> I may play with this a bit and make her a gambler or something xd

And I quite like the RP title actually.

Yay!! It's up!
Sorry I took so long. I was trying to find a goddess. XD
So I want to RP Bastet, from Egyptian mythology. But, she closely related to Artemis and Diana from Greek and Roman myths, so I'll be blurring them together a little. XD I'll just take out the contradicting stuff. XP

Bah ok, I'll just try to come up with something a little more concrete for the intro post (It's bothering me that I'm not explaining the setting, if there are humans, the "court" system, etc)
Lmao nice Yomi XD And yay, relation to Artemis (love her too). Bastet sounds cool, Egyptian gods/goddesses are awesome.
Since we're talking about who we're using, I'll just say I'm using a newly created god: Arpiedes (Ar-pee-id-deez) <--lol the phonetics make me laugh XD
So far all I have is that he's a god that presides over fire, lust and speed (quick feet, if you didn't get the reference to "feet" in "pied"). Has long red hair, some sort of markings on his shoulder, is an exhibitionist and is always found bare feet (or just naked razz )

After creation, the demigods began experimenting with their new world. However, some longed for company, or perhaps worship, even greater knowledge. Thus they began to create.

^ I was going to do that in the intro post and edit it in, but decided it'd be more fun as a task
So hurry up and make those characters! *has to do finish that too*
By the way, should we decide on a birth order?
I kind of want to make Arpiedes the oldest cause it makes sense that if the God created a phoenix first, he would create a demigod of fire (among other things) to control it.
I'll be so distracted by another rp lol I'm having trouble focusing on making my newest character DX But I want to see your medieval rp posted too so I guess do it o.o

Okay so...someone totally needs to make humans 'cause Skuld relies heavily on them for entertainment and duties and such so...yes.
I have her profile all made and everything. Just gotta post it. But yeah...a lot of it has to do with humans. And trees. So if nobody else creates those, then Skuld's gonna be all "I'm bored *fiddles around* Yay! Things to play with! biggrin " Then realize that she messed up making them and they keep dying from suffocation...so trees are made or something XD
Oh and I think Skuld should be one of the youngest 'cause 1) she's already the youngest of the valkyries in mythology and 2) she's so self-obsessed she just has to be young XD

Lol I don't know if Arpiedes is smart enough to think of making creatures like himself, he'll probably have lots of fun making animals and maybe trees, if I add flowers as one of his symbols (fire and speed totally don't fit with flowers but I'm tempted to throw in something random XDXD)
Still working on mine >_< I'll try to have it done tomorrow so maybe we can try to start tomorrow night-ish
The character profiles will be modeled like the initial post, so it won't be the standard list type and sound more like biblical text (like what the first one was suppose to be like DX)
Which is why I wanted to know the birth order, so to list them in that order razz

No you don't have to rewrite it, I was going to write the whole thing so it flows XD But it probably can't mention certain things like personality and stuff, so just leave your profile on there.
Or if you want or copy and paste it here like Nhoir did.
And yes Nhoir, you can have your god care about that or not (ex. incest) if you want.

Name Arpiedes Name Meaning Quick feet Origin Inspired by Greek Mythology Race Titan Gender Male, though often mistaken for female when clothed. Duty Rules over male fertility and passion (ambitions and lust). He is responsible for supplying humans with ludicrous goals and wrongly directed passions. In contrast, he also aid men in achieving their goals and acquiring the women they lust for, if deemed worthy.  Appearance Long, slightly waved mahogany hair that can appear crimson, reaching to his mid back that never grows longer or shorter. Muscular but sleek build in order to remain light on his feet. Eyes of emerald that has a minor ability to hypnotize those with a weak will. His face is symmetrical and androgynous, allowing his gender "switches" to remain genuine. By the way, I've typed up Arpiedes in the character profile post (that was reserved) at the rp thread, to give you guys an idea of what I meant with the whole biblical text thing.
It's super vague and tells you nothing but their origin, so maybe include something about their origin so I can add the other characters the same way.
