So I was reading SparkNotes to study Of Mice and Men for English class, and I noticed that in that handy little sidebar they have with articles to distract you from your studies, there was an article entitled "Let's tax fangirls! Why not, we need the cash." Curious, I clicked. Turns out it's about funny ideas of things to tax. I favor idea #4. twisted Quote: 4. Crazy vampire-lover tax. (Also known as the Twilight tax.) "Twihards" are running rampant throughout the region, so why not tax them? Whenever they even speak of Twilight, tax them. “I love Edward Cullen.” Tax. “Jacob’s abs are so hot.” Tax. “I wish I were the pathetic and persistently annoying Bella Swan.” Tax. “OMG Eclipse comes out Summer 2010.” Tax. “Bite me. No. Really. Please.” Tax. The government would gain so much money from this they wouldn’t be able to spend it all. (Hahahaha that’s a joke, they’d find a way.) http://community.sparknotes.com/2010/02/25/get-your-tax-onGo forth and discuss.

Awesome. Its nice to see anti-twi things instead of things that glorify that sparkly pile of manure.

Oh, I saw that the other day whilst reading No Fear Shakespeare. I also liked their "Guide to Prom". Hah.

Yup. No Fear Shakespeare = epic win. I used it for Romeo & Juliet.

There really should be a Twitax.
There are two reasons why. 1. It makes Twilight and related merchandise expensive. 2. The money from taxes can be used to help Twivictims.

Quote: “Bite me. No. Really. Please.” Tax. I used to say this before Twifail came out. Not out of "gooey mushy love," but out of bloodlust... *hides*

Sparknotes is for real literature, that's prob why it trashes Twilight.

Am I the only one who never used Spark Notes? For things like Romeo and Juliet and Hamlet I just understood it.

Drive a car, I'll tax the street. Take a walk, I'll tax your feet.
'Cause I'm the taxman! Yea-ah I'm the tax-maaan.
Twitaxes FTW!
