Was talking to others in the forums and got enough positive feed back to put this topic up.
Would everyone like to have a meet up at this years 2010 Sakuracon???

I personally think the location should probubly be closer to the convention once they put up the tentative schedule

When and where to have the meet: I would like to meet on Either Saturday or Sunday so that, by that time I will have adjusted to my surroundings more. Where, the famous 'glomping' circle in the courtyard. I forget where it was, but we'll sketch out the details later.

Ok so from what I am getting it sounds like everyone would like to have this meet up on saturday the second day of the con.
So here is what I have in mind.
Day two of the con is the day we will have the meet up. We will meet near the water features on the south side of the convention center (please tell me if i am wrong). As for the time lets meet about lunch time so about noon. Feel free to bring lunch.
If this is good I will update the first post and when there is a map of the convention center up i will put it up to show where we will meet.

Well I wont be able to make it for the sunday meet up cause i have to travel about 8 hours to get home.
