All Lightning ninja can come here to train. It is a wide and open area. It is surrounded by trees, but a rather safe area. In the center, there is a dojo.

XXXXҚɪяɪ Walked in and looked around. She didn't like this Raikage but she didn't like anyone really. She couldn't help but roll her eyes. She turned around deciding to go work on her Jutsu's outside. "whatever i didn't need anyone's help to get this far I can do the rest myself"She whispered. She was Alone in the world... at least that was what she though. Kiri got out side and she opened the scroll as she loved over all of the Jutsu's that she had available.
XXXXҚɪяɪ Sighed as she looked at the couple she wanted to do and memorized the hand seals. and she read over the description of the jutsu well. "this doesn't look too hard " then she stood up and took a deep breath. She looked over the scroll Once again making sure she knew everything

Sannin | Cloud Ninja | Dragon Sage Shao's lightning bolt smahes into the ground as the tall man in the tigerskin coat rises up and faces the Raikage and one of his students. "Reporting back from my mission. The mist village seems to be recovering from some sort of attack, still unknown. However, the previous mizukage, my sensei, seems to have stepped down and there is a new one. As for the leaf, all is peaceful. As for the other information..." Shao walked over and whispers into the raikage's ear. "Nothing on the Akatsuki. However, the reaction from the villagers in the mist was that of fear, so I'm guessing they may be near there. As for the leaf, Hokage Ty was not around, so I couldn't retrieve any information there."

Come for me if there is an emergency." Yun forms his handsigns and transforms into a bolt of lightning. He flies ff towards the mountains.

 Yamamoto TakeshiKumogakure | Ato Sakura No Ki No | Genin Yamamoto walked inti the training grounds to see everyone, he saw the female that was suppose to be on his team, he never did get her name but shrugged as he noticed two of the new people one he knew was the new Raikage just by how strong of a presence he was giving off and the other he assumed was another highly trained person since he to was giving off a rather high chakra pressure, he then drew his eyes back to the female who was suppose to be on his team. "I will never harm or intend to kill any opponent of mine."

She looked up at both of them and just waited for one of them to say something else. She Honestly didn't talk alot so her teachers say. But they also said that Kiri was a negative energy kid that perfered to be a loner than anything. But she wasn't ready to just start yelling at anyone yet only because she had her Idol for a sensei

Rei stands and look at the Raikage, "Trainings nice and all but could I just get a mission for now? Perhaps one where I can kill?" Rei's whole bodies shudders and he barely is able to remain standing
