So because I am a nerd and my sister got me into the whole cosmetology/hair styling thing, I thought it would be fitting to make a thread where everyone can get ideas for and ask questions about hair styles that are suited to the mori and natural styles.
If someone wants, I can pretty this up at a later time. c:

Wow o.o That one with the long hair, the style of the braids.... I wonder if its hard to purposefully screw up your braiding pattern to make it look all messy like that. I have very long hair and wear it down almost all the time, kind of like the last picture only I dont have bangs and my hair is wavier.
Thanks for posting these, hair completes a look to me and its refreshinig to know along the lines of what it should look like heh.

Wow, there are a lot of pretty hairstyles there! I must admit to being very infatuated with those oddly done braids. They are so gorgeous! This makes me want to do more stuff with my hair. >w<

I like how those braids end in bows. I think Fishtail braid (or whatever its called) Is pretty appropriate for the fashion.  Then again, most braid probably are.

Well, I have no idea what the english word for this is, but when you comb your hair the wrong way to make it all messy and poofy, like this , is that alright to use in for a mori girl? owo;

I have a book from when I was a little girl that shows me how to do certain kinds of braids.
It was a neat book.
I think fishtail braids were in it too!

I think, especially in the picture you posted, something like that could work for a mori gal. It's got a more wild, unkempt edge to it, but I think that'd be suitable for a gal who doesn't necessarily want to be all sugar and spice and soft wavy locks. :'p
