The Hidden Waterfall Village is a very small village that we've only seen in Naruto's Jump Festa 2004 so far. Because this village is so small and has very few (strong) shinobi, it's build behind a Waterfall - hence 'The Hidden Waterfall Village'. Only its inhabitants know the village's entrance, along with a few trusted shinobi from allied villages.
The Hidden Waterfall Village has no Kage, but they have something called the Hero Water to help them protect their village. It's some sort of holy water which is extracted from the great tree (located in the Hidden Waterfall Village) every one hundred years. It is supposed to tenfold the user's chakra, and aid the 'heroes' in protecting their village in times of battle.
However, this water is a double-edged sword, although it increases one's chakra, it also eats away your lifeforce at the same time. Only the young ones (most of the time younger means weaker, strength grows with experience) will be able to survive the side effects of the water. For that reason, many of the village's shinobi have died not from battle, but from the water.
The holy water is sealed away, and it's the village's leader's duty to protect the Hero Water at all cost. The village's leader is also called the Hero of the Hidden Falls.
It is said, that the waterfall village has been training a special five-man team in order to protect their village. Their identities are unknown to even the villagers of this village, and their abilities as well. Their intentions are deemed noble by most, but information is not concrete.

Fordon and Mai walked through the forest and talked a little. they were once again joking about their past in the village. the two stopped for a little bit to eat some lunch. As Fordon was sitting down he heard a snap of a twig behind him. it was less then a hundred meters back which was still too close. most of the time that they had walked the way here he felt that something was following them. he heard a few other signs and had using hand signs informed Mai. she was smart and picked up on them. on top of that she stayed calm. As Mai pretended to get the food ready Fordon saw her cleverly slip out a kunai. inside his cloak away from the stalkers view Fordon slipped on both of his assassin blades. he would have to move fast to make sure no harm came to miss Mai.

Tanya glared to where the two people had chosen to sit. when she heard the twig snap she wanted to slap Marco. she new it was a bad idea to bring him along. the boy was going to ruin everything. it was not easy to sneak up on ninja from the mist yet they had pull it off till Marco broke that twig. As she watched the two kept on talking apparently unaware of the noise. she looked at the young man she thought to be a ninja but realized that she did not see a headband. maybe he was not a ninja. maybe this would be easier then she had thought. all she need to do was signal Tonfu and Marco. once she did they wound run up and stop the man then she would may a fireball and blow him away. yes that was all that need to happen. he stayed calm. it had ben a while since she left her village but she still felt like the anbu were still following her and that made her a little paranoid. she cupped her hands and gave a bird call.

Tonfu kept his breathing to a minimum and waited. he had gotten pretty good at this. this spot was good because the nearby river made it easy to hide the sound of their footsteps. that was till Marco broke that twig. in his head tonfu swore at the young man. but he forgot all that when the signal came. he dashed out of his place and made a lung with his sword at Fordons left side.

Marco had begged to come with Tonfu and he had done everything he could have to be able to come. yet so far he had screwed up nearly everything. he had to make sure when the time came he would not disappoint them again. then he head the signal. he made a made dash forward and aimed a stab at Fordons right side.

Fordon just managed to get his gloves and cloak off in time as felt the swords both rip into his mid section. he wiggled and tried to get free but found himself stuck. "owwww. you idiots know that this crap really hurts right?" both of the men stared at Fordon and in horror. "what?" Fordon asked not understanding what the men were freaking out about.

Marco Looking in horror said "what are you?" this man made no sense. what type of guy gets stabbed in the stomach and acts like he has just stubbed his toe? this man was a freak.

"It does not matter what he is Marco!" Tonfu shouted at the younger man. the boy always let things get to him to easily "just do you job!" this man that disregard pain did frighten Tonfu a little but he would not let it show. Tonfu had seen men ignore pain before and they still died from their wounds. this was something different though he felt like the man had something up his sleeves.

" now now the boy has ask a perfectly good question to which i will give a good answer" Fordon said trying a little bit moreto get free before realizing the method he was using was hopeless. if he was not shy about his ability the he would not mind splitting his body apart and ripping both of these men's hearts out and showing them hell on earth. however for a few reasons he did not. one was that he was not in any immediate danger and could sit here for a while. another was that Miss mai was not in any danger. a third was that he did not want miss mai to see what he was. four was that there was another member of the ambush who still had yet to show themselves and it was always good to have and ace in the hole. and the last two reasons eere he had other ways of getting out of this and it was kinda like playing with a handicap to keep things interesting. "the answer to the question is that im not normal." Fordon drew two kunai and tried to stab his attacks both in the chest.

Tanya jumped out at that moment "i dont care what you are you are going to burn! she shouted as she stared doing some hand signs. then said "Katon Goukakyuu no Jutsu" and unleashed a giant fireball from her mouth. that would get him. surly this guy would die from that.

Katon Goukakyuu no Jutsu (Fire Release: Powerful Fireball Technique)
Description: Uses a high amount of chakra which allows the user to breath out a large portion of flame. Extremely powerful, this Katon seems to possess a denser mass than most Katons. This would explain its intense potency and explosive nature.

Marco would have been hit in the chest by the kunai if he had not jumped away and pulled his sword with him. he moved future as the fireball approached trying to avoid being burned. this guy was a freak but he would be roasted alive by the fire. with that thought in mind he managed to smile a little and even laugh.

Tonfu avoided the Kunai heading for his chest and jumped back as the fireball came flying in. he did not watch due to the heat and light of the bright flames. he heard a nervous laugh from Marco over the roar of the flames. "that was too close" Tonfu said wiping his Forehead.

Seeing the fireball coming his way Fordon swore. he knew it was going to be really close. Fordon felt the younger mans blade sliding out of his body first. he used that as he way to get free. Fordon leaned in the direction that the blade used to be and pulled himself off of the other mans sword. at the same time as he move Fordon did a few quick hand signs and muttered "Doton: Tsuchi Gunjikoudou no Jutsu" and sank into the ground just before the fireball could hit him. he watered underground for the fire to subside. once he could not feel a significant about of heat thought the ground he came back up. his wounds had been sealed over by a new set of stitches. Fordon saw a little bit of flame still left on the ground and smiled. He heard the younger fighter laughing. obviously thinking Fordon had perished. drawing out two more Kunai he used a burst of speed and kicking the boy in the center of his chest. "what are you laughing for boy?"

Marco went flying backwards with the air nocked out of his chest. then hit the ground hard. gasping for breath he rose to his feet and tried to raise his sword to defend himself but in his condition it felt like a 1000 pound weight. in his head he asked himself "is this my end? was i really this weak?" looking at this monster, who never got injured, in the eye the answer was obvious. Yes

Fordon saw the boy had not the strength or will to resist and decided to put him out of his misery. using the kunai in his left hand he slashed for the boy's neck.
