The noise startled all three members of Polaris, all of whom are sore and aching and extremely tired from their long exploration two days ago. Morana and Incultyr had slept through all of yesterday, and Altus hadn't fared much better. So when the alarm went off, Morana simply rolled over and covered her ears, whining for it to stop. Incultyr buried himself deeper into the sand.

"Guys, get up!" Altus yelled at them as he finally came to. He went over to Incultyr, and hesitating, finally decided to give the pile of sand Incultyr slept in a good kick. The Larvitar fell out the other side.

"That's the Warning Bell for the Guild, something's happening." Altus explained, and went over to wake up Morana. "We need to go, now. Something important might be happening."

Staring around wearily and blinking the sleep out of his eyes, Incultyr took several minutes to digest the loud sound and Altus's words.

"Oh shoot." The Larvitar murmured, realizing that they have already missed a summons once before. So that was what all that racket was about a week ago. How the hell was he supposed to know this sound meant trouble?

The Team left their room and headed out, with Altus nearly carrying the half-asleep Morana. When the three entered the hall, Incultyr instantly recognized the Guildmaster, but there was a yellow Pokemon there he did not recognize (It kinda looks like a Pikachu? But not quite...)

"I can't believe you two. I've just joined the Guild, and I know about the bell, and you two don't?" Altus murmured to himself, shaking his head. Team Polaris approached the guildmaster and the unknown pokemon cautiously.

"What's going on?" Incultyr asked, ignoring Altus's comment.

"That doesn't sound to good..."
"Well it's not like we have anywhere else to go if we decide not to support this."
"Good enough~" It didn't take long for the two to talk over it; Kewnew completely for it in the first place, just feeling the need to show some concern for her well being instead of jumping straight into something as soon as the description of 'gruesome' is added into consideration."Got a 3!~" The Treecko called out, almost exited over the whole process.

The trio simply continued to stand quietly where they were, Zaru smirking slightly at Jasper's speech while Jonah couldn't help but chuckle a little at the Raichu's attitude. He did love causing pain to these children, didn't he.




Cael grinned a little when that Pikachu in the goggles laughed at his comment, but his enjoyment was short-lived as the Raichu in question started barking out orders, once again bringing a scowl to his face. Cerberus wandered over and sat down curiously beside him while he grumbled irritably to himself about the bossy rat, and Tavian simply rolled his eyes before trotting over to draw a number out of the box. Pausing to read the number on the little slip of paper, he looked up and said with a shrug, "Nine."




Elmo blinked again at the instructions, noting the Raichu's apparently-unhappy demeanor and floating over to the box where it was supposed to choose a number. After a little awkward shifting of positions to get it's claws ahold of one of the little pieces of paper, the Beldum then dropped it carefully onto the ground so it would be able to actually read it (since it was impossible to twist itself around to read the thing while holding it). "...Nine?" it read off, looking up and glancing around curiously to find out what the number meant.
