o1.Characters

These rules all have to do with your character and how you use them.

{cats themselves}You CAN NOT (HAVE): cat-hybrids with other species, (cat-snake, winged cat, etc.), your cat act human (i.e. shake paws, flip bangs, use paws to use tools, etc.), your cat abandon its clan/run away/become a loner, your cat kill another cat, your cat switch Clans, sub-groups within a Clan*, your cat's eyes change color*, unrealistic names/markings or colors-no diamonds, stars, etc. or hot pink, bright blue, green, etc. markings (stay realistic, and don't name your kit Carkit or the like, that's a human thing! no knowledge of twoleg things! )*, and your cat run away from its Clan and make a new Clan* without BOTH Leopardstreak and Winged Timberwolf's permission.

You CAN (HAVE): cats from BloodClan or SkyClan travel to the Clans to join.

PLEASE: Respect other Clans,Clanmates, and your Clan leader and live by the warrior code! (Optional; villains always allowed ;D)

{spirtual powers}You CAN NOT (HAVE): a cat turn into a spirit cat while they are still alive, in any way alter the story of StarClan or the History of our Clans and how Clan systems run*, spiritual powers (such as telepathy), spirit cats appear to living cats frequently ( they are dead; If you want them to interact with living cats, don't kill them), your cat be given a spiritual guardian, and your cat be reincarnated without BOTH Leopardstreak and Winged Timberwolf's permission. (Also, if you have a spirit cat, they are restricted to their respective homes {StarClan warriors stay in StarClan, Dark Forest warriors stay in the Dark Forest}, excepting dreams).

You CAN (HAVE): a close-ish relationship to StarClan, or a yearning to be spiritual (duh).

o2. Literature (RP)

These rules apply to how you write in our guild, and what we require. It's much simpler than the characters!

NO GOD-MODDING! What do we consider to be god-modding?

Follow the ToS! This is a LITERATE thread, so please no spelling mistakes or abbreviations! Names will be spelled correctly! i.e Dawnflight, Softpaw. NOT DawnFlight, SoftPaw.Actions will be formatted like this: [Dawnpaw padded out of the den.] Put conversation in quotation marks. Every time you speak , don't post only one or two words! Each of your posts must be 5 sentences long, and you must be literate. I.e. write "two" instead of using the number "2", do not use "u, ur, or i" in place of "you, your, and I". Etc. An occasional typo is understood, but repetetive typos will not be tolerated. (Do not worry, we will aid you in learning to spell if you are struggling.) Write frequently, or you will be booted. ESPECIALLY LEADERS AND MED. CATS.

(Also, please do not spam the RP threads with chat posts; leave chats for other threads in the guild.)

o3. Guild (non-RP)

Please, no insults or profanity. Do not talk about the books except in the book forum or roleplay as cats from the series. We don't want any spoilers in the role play forum!!

*Note: This means permission will never be granted.

Rules that are enacted for periods of time, but can be renounced/eradicated when the need for the rule fades. Reasons for each rule provided.

As of 1-16-11:

o1. Rouge Cats and kittypets are no longer accepted into any clans. Reason: overflow.
o2. Rule o1 includes saying your cat's parents were once rouges.
Reason: overflow.
o3. NightClan and BreezeClan are closed to cats who are switching Clans.
Reason: Inter-mixing between Clans: this is supposed to be forbidden, not typical.
o4. Cats with split personalities/evil spirits haunting them are no longer accepted.
Reason: overflow.
o5. Reincarnations are no longer accepted.
Reason: overflow.
o6. Cats are no longer allowed to switch Clans.
Reason: overflow.
o7. A member with position as medicine cat/leader/med cat apprentice (but NOT DEPUTY) who has been inactive for more than 2 weeks (WITHOUT NOTICE) will have their cat stripped from them to be used at our leisure/convenience.
Reason: inactive leaders/med cats/ med cat apprentices.

❁ ◕ Limit Яuℓes ! !◕

The limit to the number of cats you can own.

o1. You cannot own more than 5 created cats.
o2. You cannot own more than 5 adopted cats.
o3. You can only ever have killed 2 cats ever (excluding those that die of old age).
o4. You can only adopt out 2 cats per month (real time) (excluding litters).
o5. You can only have 2 litters TOTAL per one month.
o6. You can only temporarily own a major event character every other series.
o8. You can only own a minor event character for the period they occupy.
o9. You can only own, create, or adopt one Order of Destinies character EVER. (you have to be invited first.)
1o. Your cat can only have ONE mate during the extend of the Star Slayers series.
11. You can only have one spirit cat (if we are still accepting spirit cats)(excluding cats you just killed, DO NOT CONTINUE ROLEPLAYING THEM REGULARLY AS SPIRITS RIGHT AFTER THEY ARE KILLED {but you can RP them occasionally in dreams of your other cats}).
12. If you decide you want your cat to die fighting for its Clan during an event attack of some kind, this is called "Noble Death" or "Storyline Deaths" because it helps move along the storyline if real cats actually die. These will not be counted for your 2 cats only death limit, but you can only have 2 noble deaths per 2 months (real time), i.e. one noble death per month.

When you submit your joining request, please include:

➸ Why you want to join
➸ What you liked about the series
➸ How many books of the series you've read

➸ Before you join, please go into the forum and look at the Cats & Clans list of characters, it will tell you which places are filled and which are not. Please look over the forums if you're new.

➸Please PM Leopardstreak a copy of your profile and she will approve/disapprove of it. Then (if it's approved) please go to the subforum "Cat Profiles" and post your cat's profile in the correct category. If you break the rules, she doesn't want the guild shut down, so she will give you a warning if it's not breaking the ToS, but the second time you break them, you're out.

➸Leopardstreak is a nice and considerate person, so please don't get the wrong impression when you read this. She is just a stickler for the rules. ;D We hope you have fun!! And Welcome to Warriors!!!

what about if you have a kitten and it doesn't have a family? what do you do? cause i made Icekit and she doesn't have a family..
