The Water country is one of the smaller countries in the series.
Village Background:
The village's leader is known as the Mizukage. As such it is one of the Five Great Shinobi Countries. Mist has drawn the country into many wars in the past. Under the leadership of the Fourth Mizukage, the citizens of the country blamed the constant strife on the powerful clan bloodlines in the region. For that reason they turned against the clans and wiped many of them out.
Kirigakure no Sato: (Village Hidden in the Mist) Hidden Mist lives up to its name; the village itsefl is covered in a foggy mist throughout the year. Some parts are covered in snow, so dress warm.
The Village headband has four marks, each is a sideways s to imitate the wispy nature of the mist. To be of this village, a shinobi must wear one of these bands somewhere clearly visible on their person.
