In the farthest part back of Kirigakure, near the mountains, lies the Hatake compound of the hidden mist. The clan keeps mostly to themselves, but welcomes other Hatakes and those that they consider friends with open arms. Yamatano lives here with his parents, his sister, and about 20 other members of the clan. There is a gym for sparring and taijutsu training, a large garden for meditation, and a pond for training in water jutsu. In the main room of the compound the White Light Chakra Sabre of the Legendary Sakumo and Kakashi Hatake rests on the wall. Yamatano can usually be found here training on his own, or sleeping the day away if he feels especially lazy.

Yamatano opened the door and shouted "I"M HOOO-ow!" as he was stopped with a whack on the head from his sister, Leiko. "Shut up, you Gaki." she scolded, "Do you know how late it is? People are trying to sleep!"
Yamatano sighed, rubbing the back of his head. His sister was a chuunin who had an attitude and temper to rival the Mizukage's secretary. "Sorry, sis, I guess I just thought people would want to know I was home after two days. Geez." "Well you can tell them tomorrow. Now go to bed, we have to go to the funeral tomorrow." she said, her voice softening a bit. Deciding to take her advice, Yamatano went to his room, crawled into his bed, and fell fast asleep.

The next morning, Yamatano's mother walked into hs room to wake him up. "Yamatano, time to wake up, the funeral's today."
"zzz.......zzz.......zzz......." went the sleeping Yamatano.
"Yamatano, please get up."
"Nnnngh.................5 more minutes."
"Dont worry, mom, I'll get him up." Said Leiko as she walked in. After a few handseals, she quietly said "Raiton: Heki no Jutsu" as an electric current arced through her body. She bent over and touched Yamatano on the shoulder, sending electrical shocks through his body. "WHAAZZZZZAAAAAA! IIIMMMM UUUUPPPP!!!!!!!!!!" He said while being shocked. After the shock therapy session, he turned an evil glare at his sister. "You really didnt need to go that far." "Well I cant help it if your a heavy sleeper, now get dressed, and comb your hair, it's standing on all ends." she said as she left.
"Well who's fault is that..." Yamatano muttered as he got dressed.
Heki no Jutsu (Burst Technique)
Description: An overall simple move that is generally taught to genin to assist in generating and controlling chakra for the sake of ninjutsu, the shinobi vents electric chakra from his entire body, causing anyone that touches or attacks him to receive minor electrical shocks and burns. The shinobi cannot move while in this state.
