 What sort of a quiz about death?
Would it be one of those "How Will You Die" things, or will it encompass interesting myths surrounding the idea of death?

If you're going to do both, I would suggest making them two separate quizzes. The "How Will You Die" ones are a bit repetitive, plus they're kinda silly. So honestly, were I you, I'd try to do something with the myths surrounding death. Perhaps a "What Figure of Death Are You?" By 'figure' I refer to gods and goddesses of Death, as well as well-known apparitions, such as the Grim Reaper. That would be interesting.
You'd have to research each individual figure and base your questions and possible answers around them.

Well I've gotta say... I think that the quiz could have had more questions, options, and detail. Short quizzes are never overly stimulating.
