Is there some sort of way those of us with mules who also have good tanks can arrange to have them invited to the guild, short of requesting to join on all of them? Maybe a list of mules people would like invited or something?

Question about my tank:
It's technically a mixed tank since I have two 'maids but people usually want me to post it as a Dolphin tank. Should I post it with the mixed tanks?

Nikki, if you PM me a list of names the guild invite thingy lets me invite 10 names at a time so it's no big deal to chug through a list.

HOWEVER, a mule should be able to join simply by clicking on join. I have Auto-Accept enabled so you should not have to type a reason and wait for a response.

If you find that is NOT the case let me know. I had it on then at one point noticed auto-accept was unchecked again. I think when you go into the settings it unchecks itself. To me that seems like a bug but not a major one to work around.

I see your point. Thank you for asking.
Let's go with DOLPHINS.

When I set up Dancing Dolphins Raining Gold in the first section I was only accepting pure full dolphin tanks but I was accepting 15 or more as 'full'. I finally decided it was silly to accept a tank with 15 dolphins but not accept a tank with 15 dolphins plus two other great fish. smile

Besides, when it comes down to invites to my next thread or another person's thread it will boil down to what the thread owner is accepting at the time no matter where you post. There are three ways BG thread owners can give out invites from this guild.

1. Have me send out an announcement to members.
2. Post their invite in the INVITE thread.
3. Browse the tank postings manually and invite.

For 1 & 2 they will specify what they want and for 3 most folks would probably consider you a 'dolphin' tank. smile

You are welcome. If it ever seems like I am ignoring you PM me. I might be embarrassing myself by forgetting to check my own threads. smile

I have a question about my tank. I was wondering was significance does keeping your aquarium at 100% health bring you?

Oh and what does High trigger mean?

I have a question about my tank. I was wondering was significance does keeping your aquarium at 100% health bring you?

Oh and what does High trigger mean?

TANK HEALTH -
There are only two benefits I am aware of.
1. You get slightly better daily gifts from the Overseer when you tank health is higher. See my thread below about 'What does the Overseer give you?"
http://www.gaiaonline.com/guilds/viewtopic.php?t=18440969&_gaia_t_=1272&page=last

2. I am told your fish live a little bit longer if your tank health is at 100% as they near their projected end of life. This one I have not verified because nothing has died in my tanks since they reached 100%. However I have read it many times so it must be true. The internet never lies. (ha-ha!)

High Trigger -
This refers to how often a fish 'glows' or is part of one of the booty grab games you can play. It is not an exact science but in general fish are lumped into four categories. Low, Medium, High and Very High Trigger.

If you have a tank full of Hermit Cats only one of the 17 will glow at any one time.
(NOTE: ONCE and only once I saw two hermit cats glowing at the same time.)

If you have a tank full of Watermeats probably 2 to 8 fish will glow during any given tank glow.

If you have a tank full of Dolphins or Lawnsharks 17 out of 17 will glow during every single glow.

In general (but not always) high trigger fish also drop more gold than lower trigger fish.

Societal Downfall has a pretty good booty grab guide here:
http://www.gaiaonline.com/forum/gaia-aquarium/booty-grab-ultimate-guide-v-2-buying-alert/t.52240257/
About post 6 or so it has a chart with fish stats.

I remember seeing a thread that spelled it out better in terms of just listing fish as Low, Medium, High trigger but I don't know where it is now. If someone else has a link like that feel free to post it.

That's enough info for me. Thank you for giving more all the information I need to know. ^^
