In Syfy's Alice the first time Mad March (aka the March Hare) is introduced we are told he was the Queen's favorite assassin and prior to the events of the movie was somehow killed. We are never told how or why - so I'd like to hear your theories or invent your own reasons!
Personally I think he swore at the queen one to many times and got beheaded.

Hmm. I completely forgot about him... I guess he went down with the "kingdom" as it fell...

I was thinking it has something to do with Hatter since he comments on how he might know Mad March but than changes his mind. I'm thinking they got in a fight and Mad March got killed or the queen had March beheaded.

I think it has something to do with a msision. Prehaps somehting went wrong when the queen sent him out on a mission and he was either beheaded by the queen when he got back or he died during the mission and was brought back to the castle .

Yeah, it has something to do with the Queen in my opinion. Since she had almost all the parts, haha! Speaking of which, I wonder what happened to his head...

Who knows Lady March. Maybe its like myria said and they lost his head somewhere .. or the queen chopped it off and put it with the other heads she had chopped off

Anyone here watch Babylon 5? There's a character in the show who has a light-less room with a table in it covered in the heads of all the people who they had beheaded. At night they go into it and talk to them and believe they talk back... Now you have me imagining the Queen like that... creepy...

Haha, yes, Pooka, I watch Babylon 5 sometimes... definitely can see where you're coming from on that one. Ohhh, I do wonder if the Queen converses with the people she's executed.... *squeals for exciting new potential plot twists*

I'm guessing it was the Queen's doing.
Anyone else think Mad March was cool? Or was it just me? XD

I thought his physical character depiction was pretty cool - the suit, the head, the short bit where they show you what they used for the head, the way he walked and the sound it made.

Truthfully I thought Mad March was one of the coolest characters. I wish they would provide more backstory on him. that could be another movie they could do. the backstory to mad march

Haha, I think that would be a hit. Full of violence and whatnot. And I agree; I loved the alterations in the movie. XD
