According to caloriecount.about.com, a cup of air popped popcorn is 31 calories.
Is this already popped in a cup, or the kernels in one cup and then popped? =/
Thanks~

Likely one cup popped. Keep in mind what you put on it.

I am 99% sure that is referencing a cup of already popped kernels.

Probably popped in a cup.
Air popcorn is wonderful, and tastes a bazillion times better than regular popcorn too. If you season it lightly with some salt and pepper and a small amount of butter, it's really good too. Other seasoning like Italian Seasonings are good too.

If you spray some non-stick cooking spray (which has no taste) on your popcorn, itll make the seasoning stick and itll be all yummeh.

Or you can get a spray bottle specifically for olive oil that is pumped rather than something with propellants and put a spritz of that on your popcorn.

Popped but be sure you're not buying extra buttery popcorn.
I <3 popcorn!
