For anyone looking for more information on psychotronic devices, I would suggest a book called Mind Machines You Can Build by G. Harry Stine. It's out of print and, the last I saw, a used copy was $40. That said, I know for a fact it can be acquired online in digital form for no cost if your Google-fu is strong enough.
This book shows you amazing mind machines that you can build; everything from "pyramid power" devices to the Hieronymous machine and "wishing" machine. The best part is that they're all relatively cheap to make and test for yourself.

Project Blue Beam Part 1Part 2"Today Americans would be outraged if U.N. troops entered Los Angeles to restore order; tomorrow they will be grateful! This is especially true if they were told there was an outside threat from beyond, whether real or promulgated, that threatened our very existence. It is then that all peoples of the world will pledge with world leaders to deliver them from this evil. The one thing every man fears is the unknown. When presented with this scenario, individual rights will be willingly relinquished for the guarantee of their well being granted to them by their world government." - Henry Kissinger in an address to the Bilderberg meeting at Evian, France, May 21, 1992

Almost Poetic "Voice-to-Skull Technology"? Damnit, May. >.> Now we have to make tinfoil hats. It's not literally voice to skull. It's ultrasound that manipulates the air around it in order to create a sound. It doesn't just implant a sound into your brain out of nowhere. Think of it as a speaker that pinpoints sound. It's the same principle as a flashlight, it's directional sound.

Lord Quas Almost Poetic "Voice-to-Skull Technology"? Damnit, May. >.> Now we have to make tinfoil hats. It's not literally voice to skull. It's ultrasound that manipulates the air around it in order to create a sound. It doesn't just implant a sound into your brain out of nowhere. Think of it as a speaker that pinpoints sound. It's the same principle as a flashlight, it's directional sound. I thought it was the microwave auditory effect? They aim modulated microwaves at the target and those cause a heating of the tissues of the head and because of this the "sound" results from the changes to the cochlea inside the ear. As far as I know, this particular effect doesn't work on deaf people since their brain can't receive signals from the inner ear like those with hearing can.

I don't think it's NASA so much as the black budget space program.
