Zetshimaru has a question to ask the competitive battlers of the guild. How do they go about IV breeding? Does one breed and hope for good IVs or do they try and pass on three good IVs. Or do they aim for a middle ground?

Saturn is terrible at IV breeding;he knows what IVs are,but is still a noob in that field.(thanks,Zetshimaru for infecting Saturn's vocal cords with 3rd person speak XD )

@ burner - No Zetshimaru wishes to not remember the pain of that rock/fish, But Zetshimaru would rather re-breed it then try to finish the **** pokemon Zetshimaru currently breeding.

@ Saturn - It is what Zetshimaru is good at xp

I'm kinda new to the whole "IV Breeding", so all the pokemon that I have know just have random IV's. I've tried a couple of times though, and got a pichu with perfect attack IV's (I think it's was an adamant nature) but it had bad speed IV's >_<

As a breeder I always find IVs to be important. I aim for the best.

After I learned what it was a year ago, I tried for perfect ivs on one of my pokemon. This takes forever and couldn't do it until I was breeding again and randomly got perfect ivs(but it wasn't the nature I wanted, of course). I usually just try to take what I can get and hope for some good iv spreads. I'm pretty lucky in the world of Pokemon so I get good spreads most of the time. biggrin

Terra Finds this 3rd person talk most amusing, yes...

ONtopic: Well when It comes to breeding IVs, I really hope to pass at least ONE good IV. The rest I can man out with work
