What not to have in guilds. Obviously some of this has been said numerous times but what the hell right? Let's get it through your thick skulls!

Punkololgy

1. Don't use generic titles such as 'WORLD OF EXTREME WRESTLING X!!!!'. Be creative, and leave Extreme out of it.

2. Don't start out with 2-3 different shows, because chances are you don't have enough people. It took many guilds 2-3 years to get to such a status.

3. Don't make people crew members/people of high rank because they say 'Oh I could help make sure no one ******** up'. Only promote people who can be trusted and have experience.

4. Don't invite people who type like retarded monkeys on acid.

Can I just point out that at WWE:E I allow anyone to join, so long as they're willing to learn?
It's all part of gaining a good member base, you shouldn't be all too strict with your members. However, one thing I would definitely avoid is giving them any chances at titles unless they improve dramatically.

This is my personal opinion on this.
Anyone should be able to join, but obviously there's going to be the case where they DON'T want to learn, DON'T want to take advice.

People who just want to be complete douche monkeys.
If you're willing to learn, fine.
If you want to go around and make an a** of yourself don't bother joining.

I'm very lax about requests, anyone who joins can be a valuable member.

Do not have yourself as the first champion. It makes you and your guild look noobish. Find someone else for that honor.

Funny how Cartwright started his guild off with being the first Champion and look at how well EEW turned out to be.. minus after the PPV incident.

Funny how you put yourself as every champion in GWWF, and look how well that turned out..

To Fox: that was before EEW went on the decline. Wait, EEW's declined started with CwP and continued slowly, away from public view. xd

To Chrono: HA! rofl

I didn't have time to push that in GWWF, when kjcfender was through with rping and I'm going to try and play that out a little more in the promos, at EWA.
