Ok just got in a debate with this girl. Here is what I have:
Her: ahem his name should be jacob black nhek YEEUH team jacob!
Me: ew twilight .-.
Her: ew hater
Me:sparkly vampire..no..just no ._.
Her: Gee, I didn't realize that "sparkly vampire" was the summary of the ENTIRE series. Hmm I guess everybody spent countless hours reading for nothing.
Me:"Well seeing as there is no plot in the book, sadly, I did waste some time of my life. But hours of reading? If that book took you HOURS to read...it's quiet apparent your not too bright are you, sugarplum?" smile

Yes it took hours to read, in fact a whole week to finish the series. I'm sorry, I don't skip over sentences just to look for word "sparkly." Maybe you should try it sometime, you might, just MIGHT be able to find a plot.
Note: Don't call me "sugarplum," kid.
hmm come on peoples..I need something .-. I haven't gotten into something this heated..er..yeah I'm boring kay? So you know..^^

Keeping in mind that Bella finding out Edward is a "vampire" is a story arc and not the plot, especially since it's written at the back of a book. And that the vampires coming to get Bella happen near the end, just tacked on.

Once again, Twilighters falling back on their first defense. That being "No one who has actually read the books could possibly NOT like that their fore you are a lair/fat/ugly/stupid/immature/etc.
How dare you have an opinion that differs from her own!
Also, just because millions of people have read it does not automatically make it a good book.
Millions of people read Mein Kamfe as well! Should we all just hall of and join the SS then? ALL THE COOL KIDS ARE DOING IT!

You might want to read a few blogs on this site http://vampychronicles.wordpress.com (if you haven´t already), this will give you more than enough to win the argument. 3nodding Turns out Meyer doesn´t only have a crush on her own fictional character but she can´t differentiate between seasons of the year (cue a snow storm in July). rolleyes
