Have any of you ever been to a Doors concert?
I know that it should suck without Jim, but I really really really enjoyed the concerts I went to!
I went to one when I was like.. three
I went to the Riders on the Storm concert in Atlanta, GA in I think... 05 or something.
I liked seeing Robby and Ray play!

Mine is... quite interesting. :3
Okay... well I don't really remember much. It was pretty empty for a Doors concert and the security to get into the standing area/mosh pit was a bit slack. A singer from Fuel called Brett Scallions was filling in for Jim, he sounded a lot like him my mother said. I can't really remember, though, because I was nine.
I was bored at the beginning because I wasn't really into the Doors yet.
Then my mom got drunk.
And then Brett happened to say : "What are you people doing? Get up here!"
So my mom led a group of people through security into the mosh pit.
I got all the way up to the stage and was dancing and stamping my feet and singing.
And there wasn't a barrier protecting the stage from the crowd so I was litterally hanging on it. x3
It was freaking amazing. And loud. That awakened my love for music even more.
And Brett was soo cute. And then the encore was "Light my Fire" and during that, Brett reached down and grabbed my hand... quite hard actually.. and sang "COME ON BABY LIGHT MY FIREEEE" I was about to faint srsly o_o and my mom was beside me laughing. XD Then when it was over I was turned around looking at my mom and grinning, and a bit woozy, and then the drummer chucked the drumstick and it hit me square in the face. x_x XD The last thing I remembered was the drummer like "Ohshi--" and he ran offstage and I blacked out and then I remember my mom holding up the drumstick and like "I GOT IT LETS GO"
so I like... clung to my drumstick. XD
One of the best nights of my life.
