I've got a suggestion for a Clan/Bloodline which I havent seen yet, its much like the Hoshigaki but you can change in and out of the form, the Kaima, google it or Isaribi and you will get a link to it, I will also post what the link says here, i though it would be nice due to the fact its from the manga and I haven't seen any other guilds use it yet.
Description:
This technique drastically changes the user's appearance, giving them green scale-like skin, fins, and gills. It can also change the user's eye color, as seen in Amachi's case. This form gives them supreme fighting skills in the water, as they can move through the water much faster then normal, as well as giving them the ability to breathe underwater. Also the scales used in this form have a steel like quality that can stop a kunai. Amachi also demonstrates that he can shoot the scales as a weapon.

I'll google it and post it. Don't forget to apply for any Bloodline you desire... biggrin

I'll also gladly be the first to try this out, its one of Orochimaru's experiments and origionated in the Land of Sea so its basically something you can be given in RP as well, I say we should give the Mizukage the right to decide but they would of course have to apply and the form should have a post limit say up to 10 or 15 posts maybe less but yeah, I plan on applying for this, it also gives me something to place in my bio.
I'll be the Mizukage. What is the idea? I will have to talk to Defined before, but what is it?

No. Sorry but the only options are: Academy Student - you work all your way up to the top Kage - post the application in the right place I'll warn you right now. At least one of the Kages will be a female!

I have a character in the rain village. Things are slow and I just thought that more people would join if some of the more popular villages weren't closed.

we keep only active villages open not inactive or we take the kage out o power and replace him with a active one
