I have been a fan of Pokemon right from day one. I have a photo somewhere of when I was twelve, and the Pikachu Punch Buggy was at the Canadian National Exhibition in Toronto, and I was there with my parents and brother.
Who here plays Pokemon still? Or, more specifically, who plays it on the Nintendo DS, where you can now trade, battle, and mix records over the WiFi Internet Connection? I've traded Pokemon with people from Japan, Afghanistan, all over the USA, France, and Spain! It makes the game so much more fun and exciting, especially when you trade PAL Codes over the internet and get to battle and such with people who you've never actually met! It means you don't need to know people in your area to complete the Pokedex anymore, as well, which was always a big thing for me, because none of my friends ever actually could afford to have the games! ^^;
Anyway, this thread is for anyone who plays Pokemon!

I hope they remake the Johto casets Silver/Gold/platinum. I don't like Diamond/Pearl.

Actually, they are releasing Johto games update in HeartGold and SoulSilver, which I am looking forward to. But I love Diamond/Pearl. So much fun.

hey I still play and im just as excited as you are! ^-^ I personaly like the new platinum version where you can get nearly most of the legends and then some. But it makes me wonder what if they can combind the silver and gold like crystal? instead of doing seperate?

Artemis-kibasgirlfriend I hope they remake the Johto casets Silver/Gold/platinum. I don't like Diamond/Pearl. They are. It's supposed to be a remake of gold. I found out by surfing gaia and finding some pokemon addict talking about how great it is. I used to be really into the games, but I quit a while back since I realized there were better things than it. I'm surprised that they make so many sales by selling practically the same game over and over...

It's because children love it, and they keep improving the game play. [shrugs] I'm a child at heart, I'll always be. I'll always be buying Pokemon because I love the game play, I love the creatures, and I enjoy it. <3 That's how they do it, fan's like me.
