Spitting in the red ocher, she drew a two squares next to each-other and triangles on the top and bottom of each with it-

Rin: -listens intently, ears twitching every now and then- Death marks Lady Renn? -pulls her hand away from the mixture staring down at it with a wary expression, glancing away when Kurama spoke- Oh yes Mr. Kurama. -smiles setting her hands on her knees tail wagging behind her-

-wasn't sure if we were sticking with this or formal roleplay-

(Doesn't matter to me, whatever you prefer =3 )

Renn: -nods carefully- Yes, death marks. Circles that we mark on people in the forest after they die. It helps keep the three souls together. -points at her forehead- For the world-soul, -moves finger to her heart- For the clan-soul, -shows her heels- For the name-soul. -attention taken to Kurama once more-

Kurama: -smiles- Okay, so you have to move all of your pieces -points at the nuts- into the other player's goal. If you leave one of your nuts alone on one of the triangles, then if the other player lands on it, you get sent to jail. -making sure the red ocher is dry, he touches the center- Once in jail, you have to roll a 1 and 2, or doubles to get out.
If you roll a one and two outside of jail, move a one, and a two, and your choice of doubles. (1-6) You get four moves of that double.

Rin: -stares up at Rin fallowing her hand down with her eyes a strange expression on her face as she thought it over- I.. -quiets when Kurama starts talking turning her attention back tot he game trying to remember everything- So Rin doesn't want one of her pieces to go to Jail? -leans forward staring at the game with the tilted head- And if she gets both dice on 3.. she moves 24 times? -frowns softly- Rin is confused..

Kurama: Well, I should hope Rin doesn't want to go to jail! -slight chuckle- In jail, you can't move any of your other pieces till you get out. -nods-
Renn: I think what he's saying is that, if you get doubles, you move 4 pieces, the number of your double. Like if I rolled a five, I would take four pieces, and move them 5 places each.
Kurama: Right. And when you get doubles or one and two, you roll again after your move.

Rin: -giggles with a soft smile and a nod- Then Rin will be sure to stay out of the Jail. -turns her head to Renn listening to her and blushing ever so slightly in embarrassment- That makes a lot more sense then what I thought. Thank you for explaining Lady Renn.-reaches out and pushes one of the pieces to make it spin- Can Rin be the Hazelnuts Mr. Kurama?

With a smile, Renn ruffled the hair on the younger moonlit's head. She was just so adorable; much more behaved than any of the Raven children...the Ravens. A distant look came into Renn's eyes, but she closed them, and shook the feeling off. "You're welcome, Rin" Renn smiled again, even if it was half-hearted.
Kurama sensed Renn's unease, and flashed a comforting smile her way, before taking his attention back to little Rin. He nodded, "Of course She can," enthusiastically. "Are we ready to begin?"
"I play winner." Renn put in with a slight smirk
