As far as I can tell from various websites, it appears Tokio is a Twin Blade, I suppose sticking the theme that all .hack// GAME characters have a Twin Blade class, at least to begin with. (i.e. Both Kite and Haseo's 1st Form are Twin Blades)
However, because this seems to be more of a Game Assistance & Talk thread, I will be moving this thread to that subforum at 10:00 p.m. EST (approximately 30 minutes).

I have the demo too. He's a Dual Edge. It's like... A mix betwen Twin Blade and Blade Brandier, as far as I can see. Kite is a Twin Blade, and so is Haseo in his normal form. ...To prove it even more I got the manga. Kite must be pretty proud. His class has carried over to all three game generations.
Tokio reminds me a lot of Piros with Mistral's cuteness.

1. Have a psp, preferably 3000+.
2. Have a USB Port Cable, and connect the psp to a computer's usb port.
3. At main page on your psp, go to settings, USB connection. Click.
4. Using the web, go to http://pspcustomfirmware.com/demos/psp-demo-hacklink.htm
5. Read the rules on the right side of the page about extracting and such.
6. Click the link next to location 2. Location 1 didn't seem to work for me.
7. Do all that stuff listed in instruction #5.
