Hmm, I suppose it depends on just what type of agent I'd be employed as. For typical stealth missions I'd adopt the name Smith Johnson, or something else suitably boring and nondescript. For a flashy action-film styled secret agent, hmm... maybe something punny, like:
Agent Obviously Regrets Assassinating Newton, Goethe and Einstein.
Yes, Agent ORANGE...
(I remember reading in another forum somewhere, somebody had come up with a really clever spy name, I just wish I could remember where I read it, or what it was...)
