Rpc Name: Svellos
Building Name: Ukyohan Temple
Purpose: Serves as a training location, a popular tourist appeal, and a place for Ukyohan clan members (if there ever are any new ones)
Why do you want this to be built?: I am the Ukyohan clan head (something that needs to be updated), and I feel it would be useful for my needs.

Building Name: House of Night
Purpose: A safe house for Isabella, and a place she can store all her little experiments. Also doubles as a little club for all the 'daring' humans who want to get bitten by a vamp!
Why do you want this to be built?:
It would be better for me to be closer to the village, incase of an attack rather than my personal home, which is farther away from the village.

Purpose: To house Hyouton clan members
Why do you want this to be built?: Well... obviously each of the clans have their own district, as Kohonagakure did in the anime/manga. So yeah... just following a trend...

Building Name: Scarlet Lives (The Uchiha Clan)
Purpose: Its a place were any Uchiha Clan Member can have a room to live, or sit back and relax.
Why do you want this to be built?: I'm an Uchiha clan member and there are some other Uchiha's that need a place to live in the village.
