With weakish lungs, I'd say baritone or French horn.

not if you have weakish lungs.
Not the horn anyway.

trumpet takes relatively little lung power at first. However, if you wanted to play low brass, I'd say trombone if you have long arms. Baritone would be next though. Because from those you can easily switch to others.
(like trumpet to horn like i did. XD )

if you'll want to switch to others later, do trombone first.
it's way easier to switch from trombone to baritone than it is baritone to trombone.
