If you co-own a pony with someone, please post in this thread with your agreement for co-owning! Things that could be posted in an agreement: Who may RP the pony, who may display the pony in sigs, who's journal the pony will go in, who may choose breeding partners for the pony, etc.
Generally, one of the owners should post, and then the other owner should quote that post saying that they agree. If you need to update your agreement, please post again rather than editing old posts. Also, please put DELETE in your old post so that staff can get rid of it and avoid confusion.
Also, it would probably be helpful for you guys if you link your co-owning agreement for the pony somewhere in your journal, since you might need to refer back to it for various things.
Example:Manda Seph and I co-own the pony Sparda! For Sparda, I have RP rights, we both can show Sparda off in our sigs/thread/etc, and we will talk together about who to breed him with. If Seph makes a pony journal, I don't mind if she puts Sparda in it XD o0 Sephiros Immortal 0o Manda Seph and I co-own the pony Sparda! Co-Owning agreement:
Jaxon Dark is the primary owner of Audrey. She has the rights to display her in her signature, journal, profile, ect. Sunchaser is the secondary owner. She has rights to display her in her sig and journal and is to rp the pony. Sunchaser may pick mates/breedings for Audrey but Jaxon Dark must approve. Jaxon Dark has the right to claim co-ownership of any merpony offspring that Audrey produces if she is breed within Sunchaser's herd. If two merponys are produced, Sunchaser may keep one and Jaxon Dark may keep one, getting first pick. For outside the herd breedings, Jaxon Dark will co-own any any merponys that remain with Sunchaser unless otherwise agreed.
For this and any other co-owning situation, I am only interested in displaying the pets in my signature.

Wampi has the right to display them in her sig and must be consulted on breeding partners. Wampi gets to co-own any "Rare" babies that fall into my care from these pets.

Co-Owning Agreement on Safire's Ponies that were Given to Shorty: Safire gets rp rights, mating/breeding rights of listed ponies. Shorty gets the right to have one baby of breeding should ponies mate be it given or custom in. Both can display ponies in sigs/journals/profiles. The only exception to the RP/breeding right is Eili….Saf will get the right to a baby or to custom in if she chooses. List of Ponies: AnnaBelle , Shachar, Brian, Annie , ’Eili’ Eilikrinis , Atychia “Chima” , MayDay “May” , Mystic “Musette” , Oceanus , Opalescent , Jag “Painter”, Semi Oblivion , Zoey RedBird

This co-owning is approved since I said you guys could do it, but really EVERYONE is getting tired of having to constantly re-cert these ponies and fix them on the Owners List.
So for now, no more cert or Owners List changes will be made having to do with Safire's ponies that were given away/traded around/re-homed/co-owned/whatever. Because really, ALL of that should have already been sorted out long ago.

Sunchaser9000 is the primary owner of Aura. She has the rights to display her in her signature, journal, profile, rp, find mates for, ect... Jaxon Dark is the secondary owner. She has rights to display her in her sig and journal, ect. Sunchaser may pick mates/breedings for Aura but Jaxon Dark must approve. Jaxon Dark has the right to claim co-ownership of any Dragon offspring that Aura produces if she is breed within Sunchaser's herd. If two dragons are produced, Sunchaser may keep one and Jaxon Dark may keep one, getting first pick. For outside the herd breedings, Jaxon Dark will co-own any any Dragons that remain with Sunchaser unless otherwise agreed.
For this and any other co-owning situation, I am only interested in displaying the pets in my signature.

Co-own Agreement:
She Elf has agreed to Co-own all her ponies as of 1/21/14 until such time as she officially returns to MLP. Bardess has all rights to display the ponies in signature and journal, and to RP them. All breedings must be agreed upon between She Elf and Bardess.

I, Pristron, give co-ownership to Nyx Queen of Darkness for all of my ponies. We will privately discuss any breedings outside of her herd. Any babies that arise from one of my ponies, we will co-own the babies (I will only have sig/display rights). She has all RP rights, both of us have display and sig rights.
