If you co-own a pony with someone, please post in this thread with your agreement for co-owning! Things that could be posted in an agreement: Who may RP the pony, who may display the pony in sigs, who's journal the pony will go in, who may choose breeding partners for the pony, etc.
Generally, one of the owners should post, and then the other owner should quote that post saying that they agree. If you need to update your agreement, please post again rather than editing old posts. Also, please put DELETE in your old post so that staff can get rid of it and avoid confusion.
Also, it would probably be helpful for you guys if you link your co-owning agreement for the pony somewhere in your journal, since you might need to refer back to it for various things.
Example:Manda Seph and I co-own the pony Sparda! For Sparda, I have RP rights, we both can show Sparda off in our sigs/thread/etc, and we will talk together about who to breed him with. If Seph makes a pony journal, I don't mind if she puts Sparda in it XD o0 Sephiros Immortal 0o Manda Seph and I co-own the pony Sparda! Co-Owning agreement:
Jaxon Dark is the primary owner of Farsight. She has the rights to display him. (In her signature, journal, profile, ect.) Sunchaser is the secondary owner. She has rights to display him in her sig and journal and is to rp the pony. Sunchaser may pick mates/breedings for Farsight. Jaxon Dark has the right to claim co-ownership of any dragon offspring that Farsight produces if he is breed within Sunchaser's herd. If two dragons are produced, Sunchaser may keep one and Jaxon Dark may keep one, getting first pick. For outside the herd breedings, Jaxon Dark will co-own any any dragons that remain with Sunchaser unless otherwise agreed.
For this and any other co-owning situation, I am only interested in displaying the pets in my signature.

Both Lady D and I co-own Opera. We both show her in our journals, she doesn't have a rando-sig (but I do, so I show her) and since Opera suffered from amnesia, I have created her a pre-amnesia personality and backstory, Lady D a post-amnesia personality.
Lady D didn't ask me before putting us both in for co-owning, so I didn't have a choice in the matter, and it has never really been discussed about breedings and rp, and considering she's on hiatus again, it doesn't seem like it will happen.
I'm posting because it seems like I'm required to, and as soon as Lady D comes back, we will discuss it (before, we just left her alone, basically).

I The_Toadies_gal do hereby give loquitadeindiana Permission to Rp and Display Persephonie I Must Approve IN WRITING of any breedings or lifemates for her... and allow loquitadeindiana to have a baby from the First Breeding... that baby will be Solely loquitadeindiana's unless she wishes to co own it with another. I reserve the right to REVOKE co-ownership at anytime, and will do so in writing... I will also Revoke if loquitadeindiana is absent from Gaia for more then 3 months. The_toadies_gal

Bardess Ookami and I are co-owning the cosplay Neku Sakuraba. We both agree that we can display him in our sigs/journals/thread/ect. Bardess has rp rights, and all breedings will be agreed upon and must be rped to provide a minimum of 4 babies. We will then split the babies evenly between us (ie. if Neku breeds with a pony not in one of our herds, the other owner receives half of the babies and Bardess and I divide the other half. In the case of an in-herd breeding between our herds, we divide the babies as though she had one parent and I had the other).

You forgot to change it it Yoshua, not Neku on the breeding part, but thank you, agreed.
