Here you can either create a whole new summoning contract OR improve a current contract by expanding it with another creature.

1.) Your custom summon has to be branched from the summoning you have already. You cannot make a custom bird summon when you summon toads.
2.) These summonings will appear to you only. No one else can have or learn it unless you say so.
3.) It can be elemental, but watch what you do
4.) Once its approved your stuck with it
5.) Your reason has to be at least two to three paragraphs long. Nothing short otherwise it is denied.
6.) Be creative, make it cool. Weither its cute or fearsome, make sure it makes sense more then anything
7.) You have to be at least Chunin Rank to have a custom summon
8.) Summoning can have its own techniques, but at the max of 8
9.) Must have it on your profile. And if you god mod with your custom summon, you lose it and banned from making anymore custom summonings with your current rpcs. Have fun!

Niomi

Niomi is the youngest of the panther family. She is small she is 1 meter long and 0.6 meters high. She is all black except for white paws and a white tipped tail. Niomi is very shy and it takes her awhile to warm up to people even her summoner. She has the power of speech like all the members of her family. Niomi has almost no fighting skills, but what Niomi lacks in fighting ability she makes up for with intelligence and stealth. Niomi has the power to turn her and others invisible for a short period of time, which helps aid on stealth missions. But after the effect wears off it cannot be used for several minutes.

Tsuki

She has razor sharp claws and teeth with a sword strapped to her back, which she uses when her claws can’t get the job done. The sword is made out of fangs and claws of her ancestors. Tsuki is by far the most aggressive family member; her temper has been known to crack a few skulls. She has a twin brother named Tenpi, which is probley the only member of her family she works well with, despite them being complete opposites. She has a telepathic link to her family members and the summoner which able them to coordinate strategies between themselves with no verbal communication.
Abilities:
-Dance of the Camelia: A move utilized by the Kaguya clan now extincted. Tsuki imitaded the dance of this clan by intense pratice.
-Dance of the Willows: The same as the other execpt Tsuki altered the impaling motion to her claws insteat of using the sword.

The mother of the family, she is fairly large about 8 meters long and 5 meters high. She is white with black stripes and very protective of her family and her summoner. She has a caring, sweet, and loving personality. But mess with anyone she loves and she will rip you apart faster then you can blink. She has the power to put up temporary barriers that repel most attacks; also her fur is designed to lighten the damage of most types of Ninjutsu and Taijutsu attacks.
Abilites:
- Furry Claw: A swipe of a claw is quick and swifted and afterwards a breezed is followed. This technique is the same as that. With the movement of her claw she can slice a building in half and with the aftermath creates Daikamaitachi no Jutsu (Grand Slashing Wind Skill) blows away the remains of the destruction.

- Safety Shield: A Natural ability that only a full grown female panther gains. It creates a barrier that nutrilizes ninjutsu up to Chunnin Level. It also can withstand up to five Jounin Level attacks.

Mikoto

The father of the family, he is the biggest of them all at about 100 meters long and 80 meters high. He is all black, but has white stripes and one stripe going down the middle of his face. Because of his size and power he can only by a person with Jonin level chakra or higher. His personality is more the noble type with respect for most people, he is also has a fathering type personality towards his kids and sometimes his summoner. He is very strong and very fast, and his Sonic Roar jutsu has the power to wipe out an entire forest.

UNDER CONSTRUCTION
What should first be known about the Salamander Summon is their amazing resistance to fire/heat in all it's forms, each salamander able to put out fires two ranks above them with the exception of Amaterau, which even then can't completely consume them in flames only constantly damaging them. In addition to this they are capable of living on land and water equally but in water they are notoriously faster, capable of overtaking their prey in seconds. Salamanders can detect the faintest of changes in their surroundings because of an abundance of sensory nodes all along their body due to their poor eyesight. This allows salamanders to detect movements in their immediate surroundings. Their bodies are coated with a thin, slimy film that grants them high fire resistance and swift swimming capabilities. This makes them especially vunerable to Raiton techniques.

Average Salamanders
-These Salamanders can range from 12 centimeters long all the way to five feet long. The only difference between these summons and normal Salamanders is that these summons can speak and can be used to carry small scrolls or used as scouts. Their only offensive ability is the ability to fire their tongues at incredible speeds, enough to break skin and reach up to eight feet. They can be used to create realistic clones of the user by bunching together and then using the Transformation jutsu, creating a Salamander Clone.

Ninja Salamander
-These Salamanders are more commonly used than Average Salamanders and are in large supply. Capable of performing Chuunin level Suiton techniques and standing on two legs these Salamanders are xtremely useful. Their size can range from 7-12 feet in length and can move immensly fast in water. Their tongues can be fired from the users sleeve to trap and ensnare targets. They have a natural ability to secrete poison from their glands in the form of a fluid or gas. The toxin irritates the senses and makes it easier for Genjutsu to be performed on those who come in contact with it. These Salamanders can also be ridden on and are strong enough to break bones with their tails.

Water Salamander
-These Salamanders are a Jounin level summon and are highly skilled in Suiton techniques, adept enough to innately manipulate liquids through their thoughts by blending their chakra with brain waves that affect their elements that allow of manipulation. A sideffect, these salamanders are pretty weak and use up chakra very quickly. They often perform a single jutsu to flood the surroundings with water and then are released, lest they totally exhaust themselves with chakra. These Salamanders can only be maintained by Jounin for two posts, Sanin/Kage for 4, but the Original/Master Summoner can maintain these Salamanders for 5 posts.

Warrior Salamander
-These Salamander stand on their hind legs and are fully armored bearing various weaponry. Normally eight to ten feet in length. They are Jounin level summons that act similar to Taijutsu Master Hunter nin. They are summoned in trio's and have highly effective teamwork in order to track, trap, and subdue the opponent. Jounin can summon three of these packs, Sannin/Kage can summon four. The Master Summoner can summon five packs. They have little resistance to Genjutsu and often stick close to each other. However they make very little sound, being of the stealth class. Their tongues are as hard as steel and can extend to eight feet with enough force to gouge solid steel. Extremely acrobatic and very determined the Warrior Salamander are very helpful in a fight.

Giant Salamander
-These Salamanders stand on two legs, reaching up to Gamabunta height and are soft blue. There heads are large, dominating most of their body. Their forelegs are small and they have heavy tails and hind legs. They have no eyes but can sense the faintest of vibrations with keen accuracy, to the point of detecting weak changes in pressure. As soon as they are summoned they release monstrous amounts of water to flood the area and eaither allow the summoner to perch on their head on stay in their mouths. In water Giant Salamanders have nearly unparraled speed, fast enough to seriously threaten even users of the Sharingan. Their size allows them to ram targets with enough force to turn bones to powder and their tongues can flatten metal with minimal effort. Their tails have similar strength. They can also camofluage in water and posses high Katon resistance. They have a peculiar jutsu that allows them to wail underwater and create highly explosive bubbles and shockwaves that can shatter cement. They are Summon Specialist Jounin in rank but the Master and Owner of the scroll can use them at this rank also.

Leviathan Salamander
-These Salamanders look exactly like the Giant Salamanders with the exception they are larger than Gamabunta and are armed with weapons due to developed forelegs. They often carry and shield and weapon or a two handed weapon. Their strength and speed are renown and in water they are fast enough to confuse users of the Sharingan. A Sannin ranked Summon and capable of being used as transportation or holding materials, the Leviathan Salamanders are quite powerful. Tensaijin, the Master Summoner, can summon three of these but they have no ninjutsu or taijutsu prowess. They can be used as pack mules by the Master Summoner, outfitted with actualy buildings and temples in some cases.

Bahamut Salamander
A Sannin ranked Summon that are just the size of a normal Salamander but their stomachs are alot larger than they are, containing buildings and other structures they once consumed. These structures rest in their nigh indestructable innards, some areas covered in EXTREMELY corrosive digestive fluids that can break down diamons. This is possible because the Bahamut Salamanders have a strange spatial rift in their stomachs, allowing them to hold vast expanses of extra space in their bodies. When whatever in their bodies are released it grows to its normal size, so the Bahamut Salamander could release a large house or small scroll for the user. You can even FIGHT inside these things.

NOTES-As you have realized I have not listed specific summons. That is because I didn't have the time to make some up, so I just generlized. All Summoners are allowed to make up their own specific summon but must first consult me through PM. In addition all summoners can fire Salamander tongues from their sleeves or mouths to incapitate someone or even produce a fire retardent fluid that increases defence against heat by a single rank. In addition to this summoners are capable of a 'higher' sense, a jutsu they learn allows them to develope sensory nodes that allow them to detect Shinobi a rank above them. So Sannin can detect Kage or Chuunin can detect Jounin. Summoners are also allowed to create their own jutsu (Such as Jiraya's various Toad Techniques) but you must first consult me. Also you can create a Sub-Boss personal summon for your character at Jounin rank but, you guessed it, you must consult me. At the moment my character is still in thr process of learning Sage Mode, and has only just managed to sense natural energy after months of training by himself. The Salamander summons have only rcently decided to trust him with Sage knowledge and are in the process of alerting him to this...Also all Salamanders can talk and are very intelligent.

Wolf Tribe Summoning: The Great Wolfpack hunts in the sacred plains of the Ookami, an area that can only be entered by the wolves reverse summoning someone or by trekking through the wilderness of the water country till you reach the top of Mount Fenerus, a journey that takes at least seven days. The leader of the pack is Fenerus, the son of Houkou the great Wolf Demon. The wolfpack reveres Houkou as the father of all wolves. When the pack accepts a ninja as their summoner that ninja is considered a member of the pack, and will always be considered a part of that great family.

Each Wolf is just slightly smaller than a horse, with claws and fangs as sharp as any sword.

Rahu: Rahu is the warrior of the great wolf pack; always the first to the fight, Rahu will do anything to protect his packmates. Rahu is also the largest member of the pack, except of course for the Alpha, standing about two feet taller than all of them. Though he is aggressive and ferocious he does not fight without thought, he is a cunning warrior, and leads his packmates to victory with impressive strategies. He wears sacred armor that is just as effective at causing damage as protecting the wearer from it.
Special Abilities:
When Rahu attacks his armor can give him a spiritual boost that makes him move fast enough that he will break the sound barrier, though only for a split second. This ability gives him just enough time to move right up to his opponent for a quick attack, the attack is not un-dodgeable or un-blockable, but it is very difficult to do either.
Also whenever Rahu is attacked his armor lashes out with spiritual energy dealing damage to the attacker as if they had been hit by an attack one rank lower than the attack used.

Cahalith: The voice of the pack; Cahalith is the messenger of the pack, able to send fairly detailed messages to the rest of the pack with a simple howl. Cahalith is also able to heal the wounds of her packmates, though not to the same degree that a proficient medical ninja might be able to.

With a peaceful and soothing howl, Cahalith can heal wounds as if performing Chiyute No Jutsu: Karui (Healing Hands Technique: Minor).


Chiyute No Jutsu: Karui (Healing Hands Technique: Minor)
Description: The user concentrates chakra into their hands creating a ball of healing chakra. This chakra when concentrated will repair physical damage to another person. This is the first stage of Chiyute taught to all Medical Nin, it is not possible to advance past stage three without this technique. The effects of this technique are limited to superficial cuts and injuries though it can reduce the severity of more serious injuries.

Ithaeur: The spiritual leader of the pack, Ithaeur is favored of Houkou and has been granted great spiritual power.
Special Abilities:
Ithaeur is able to perform all elemental ninjutsu up to chunin level. (only the five basic elements: Katon, Fuuton, Suiton, Doton, and Raiton)(Itaeur starts off with no element and can then immediately switch to one, if switching from one element to another he must spend one turn switching to the other element, when switching Itahaeur cannot attack, though he can still move around, dodge, and block)

Irraka: The eyes and ears of the pack; Irraka is the fastest in the pack as well as the stealthiest making him the perfect scout.
Special Ability:
Irraka moves as quickly as a Jounin level speed ninja.
Irraka is as stealthy as a Jounin level stealth ninja.
Irraka can use a shadow Shunshin technique which allows him to travel 1 mile from where they are standing in any direction instantaneously, but he must be able to visualize the area in their head. This technique can be used in escaping combat, and also to travel to some extent. However, when this is used to escape combat, this cannot be used when the Irraka is attacked or is attacking.

Summon pack: This allows the user to summon Rahu, Cahalith, Eledoth, Ithaeur, and Irraka all at once. However none of the wolves can use their special abilities when they are summoned in this manner, they are simply five very big, very coordinated, and very lethal wolves.

Boss Summoning: Fenerus, The Alpha Wolf

Fenerus: The Alpha of the Wolf pack, Fenerus is the son of the father of all wolves, Houkou the Five-tailed wolf Demon. He is about as big as a modest house, with teeth as long as most men's arms. Fenerus is the only wolf other than Eledoth that can speak. He is incredibly cunning and intelligent, but also fierce and instinctual. There is no other being more protective of his family. As the Alpha he is the strongest, fastest, wisest, and most cunning of all the other wolves making him a force to be reckoned with.
Fenerus can use any elemental ninjutsu up to chunin level thanks to his lineage as Houkou's son. (Fenerus starts off with no element and can then immediately switch to one, if switching from one element to another he must spend one turn switching to the other element, when switching Fenerus cannot attack, though he can still move around, dodge, and block)

Your final summon, an entire forest? Really? Kind of overly powerful. Like to use that against someone, the sound would instantly break bones over a 2 mile radius of all those caught in it. I will allow him the ability to perhaps knock down all nearby trees in 300 feet radius.

Reason: This isnt for my charater actually. I wanted to make this summoning for a long time, so I planned it all out, I even created an area that would be learned at. of course, this summoning was a different guild i was in, and it wasnt Naruto based. going off topic! anywho, anyone can learn this summoning, but only for one of them, nor they dont have a boss summoning, for that guy was dead long ago. I still have more of them to add, but for now I'll make one for each element. if you need a better explanation of my reason, PM me.

Suna: He only can use medical if the person is capable of learning it. If this get's confirmed, AOi is certainly capable, but she wants to get stronger first, so Suna would heal the group for her. The diamond feathers are from his wings, and are a replacement for light jutsu, in which there is none. The reason I wanted this dragonkin so bad is because it's based from the other guild I'm in, like I said, and Suna was the dragon I had.

Akuma: That would be what I forgot to put in.

Enkou: Agreed

Aquatos: agreed

Vento: It's a wind based dragon. it's tail's length would replace the swords, and the tip of it's tail would replace fans...ANd it's big, so gaint ones too.

Som: sleep would be 5 post with dreaming posts
And paralyzing would be also 5...it's a dragon.

Alright, make the adjustments and then post it in the contracts so that others can see it. Also you do not have the summoning yet, you still have to wait till you have your demon, AND you have to rp attaining the summon.

PS: Make the summoning land so that others can learn it in the Summoning Land thread AND make the passage way to that summoning land somewhere in one of the countries

Shark Summoning

Piranha Schools - A swarm of tiny, vicious piranha summoned by the mysterious ninja Ruiga, they appear when he first uses his Suiton: Suiten Hōfutsu (Water Release: Water–Heavens Convergence) technique to capture his opponent in a large mass of water drawn from the ground. The piranha go into the water mass to rip his victim apart. Ruiga can also move the water masses with the piranha inside to allow the deadly fish to chase down other prey, as can a shark summoner.

Techniques: Frenzy
If blood is anywhere within the water, these fish will take the tinge of chakra connected to it, and go into what can only be described as a frenzy after whoever's blood it is, except for the summoner himself. Pumping chakra through their teeth and bodies, they become faster, and their teeth stronger. This wouldn't be a problem if it were one piranha as they don't posess a lot of chakra alone. However, since there are hundreds of them, the frenzy of piranha hold the capability to create whirlpools 20x20ft in order to literally force their meal down to them.

Ruiga's Shark - This is a large, man-eating Great White Shark summoned by the mysterious ninja Ruiga. He first uses his Suiton Seibun Seibun Houfutsu (Water Cannon Replica) technique to create a large mass of water drawn from the ground, then he summons the shark inside the water mass so he can move the water mass and allow the shark to chase down its prey. While sharks are usually salt-water creatures, this one can apparently breath freshwater as well because it is able to survive in the water mass created from freshwater drawn from the ground.

Techniques: Suiton: Mizu Kunai
Because of this sharks exterior look, he is the more dextrous of the sharks. He is quite capable of summoning a large water kunai six feet in length, and three and a half feet in width, wielding it between his teeth as a weapon. Alternatively, he can summon dozens of small water kunai by opening his mouth, shooting them at his opponent. If an opponent manages to break the large kunai somehow, it bursts into dozens of small ones to attack the shinobi who did it.

Suiton: Suiten Hōfutsu (Water Release: Water–Heavens Convergence) - This jutsu enables the user to control surrounding water and moister much like Gaara controls his sand. It can be used to block most incoming attacks, bind or drown opponents, and shape the water into various attacks, allowing the user in conjunction with the Summoning Technique to allow water-based summonings to fight in areas that it normally needs water to move around, by either trapping the target in the same water, or maneuvering the water to allow the summon to chase the target. It is able to extract and utilize groundwater, and is very effective in most areas, but useless in rocky areas.

Gogyou - Gogyou is one of the fastest sharks among the shark summonings. He uses his speed for quick attacks and rams into the foe from either the backside or the chest to knock the foe out of breath and stunning them for a post. His teeth are not that sharp which is why he relies on head bashing at top speed.

Techniques: Steel Ram
By gaining top speed(akin to the speed of the sixth stage of the mist swordstyle) and spinning like a top, Gogyou melds chakra around his frame. When he bashes an opponent, the sheer force and strength is enough to shatter all bone in either the upper, or lower part of the body, depending on where he struck. After this attack, Gogyou needs a cooldown time of 1 post to keep from getting dizzy.

Ijimekko the Dark - Ijimekko is the cruelist of the shark summonings. He is cold hearted and strong, his teeth are razor sharp for severing and his shark skin rough as sand paper, if not rougher. He also has a powerful lust for blood. He is however cunning and uses the darkness to his advantage. He uses his own chakra to blacken the water to hide himself so noone (unless sharingan or byakugan) can see him coming until its too late. This is known as his Dark Veil Technique. He will work with the summoner, though loathingly.

Techniques: Dark Veil Technique
By pouring his chakra into the water, Ijimekko can blacken the water so that it is impossible to see through only someone with at least the thre tomoe sharingan, or byakugan can see through it.

Yochi Suima: Yochi is The only shark capable of swimming on land. His body looks like a carcass with sand filling the rest of it that is held together by pure chakra. This shark is the most elusive, and he has a temper as well. He's pretty lazy, so unless you have earned his respect somehow, most of the time he won't even obey orders. His bone frame is as strong as diamond however, and when he reaches top speeds, he is capable of tearing through buildings with ease.

Boss Summon: Kyoubou, Shark King of the Sea

Kyoubou, Shark King of the Sea - Kyoubou is the leader of the shark summonings, he is bigger, stronger, and faster as well. He is smarter then them due to him having something of a military backround. His voice is rough and he is respectful to those higher than himself. He commands the other sharks like a general which none questions him or talks back. Kyoubou is capable of taking to the air in large leaps out of water in order to attack from above an opponent. Generally, unless he has agreed to a test of will and courage from someone of a lower rank than jounin, he will not appear when summoned, instead sending a smaller shark in his place.


Technique #1: Suiton: Inward Spiral (Rasen-Hitoshirezu)
Because of his size, Kyoubou is capable of ingesting lakes, rivers, and immediate parts of the ocean in a single gulp Opening his mouth and rotating his charka, water funnels into his mouth at unprecidented speeds. Once ingested, Kyoubou can either simply retain the water to allow for shinobi to even fight within his mouth, our drain the water through his teeth so that nothing larger than small pebbles escapes. His alternative to the two is to simply swallow the water, however this causes him to instantly be sent back to the summoning world.
Note: Kyoubou can swallow parts of the immediate area around him when he is in the ocean, not the entire ocean itself.

Technique #2: Suiton: Sharks Roar (Fuka Unari)
Bellowing underwater, Kyoubou is capable of summoning either all other shark summonings at once, or three other sharks half his size, which is still fairly large.


Technique #3: Suiton: Waterspout (Mizubashira)
Swimming at incredible speeds in a circular motion, Kyoubou is capable of creating up to six water spouts in the immediate area. These spouts hold pressurized water as durable as steel, and if caught within, or knocking into one, the sheer force can swallow you and mangle your body and leave you near death unless you have the ability to control the water with Mizu Soujuu of Kage rank. If you are of the appropriate level of mizu soujuu, then your body will receive gashes throughout, but you will be capable of movement. These spouts last for ten posts.

A small pug who is usually known as the brains of the dog pack. He has an insane tracking ability, and has the ability to speak. He is very sarcastic, though can usually make friends with the summoner quite easily.

Shimasa

This small dog is rather impulsive. He lacks the talent of speaking, and usually acts before thinking. He is quite fast, though lacks strength when not using his flames.

Blaze Blitz
Rank: C
Description: Shimasa's flames will engulf his body, rather than the regular flames that stay on his back. He will run in a straight line, and launch himself at the opponent. His speed is quite fast, though he lacks the ability to turn to good. This move can be used in succession.

Flame Tooth:
Rank: B
Description: A misleading name, as it is not only Shimasa's teeth that become engulfed in flames. His claws and his teeth will be turned into flames, and can cut into many substances easily.

Flame Shot:
Rank: D-B
Description: Shimasa will be able to launch varying sizes of fireballs at the opponent. There is a downtime of 1 post in between each fireball.

Dartanya

A rather wolf-like creature, Dartanya has the power of darkness. He is probably the most calm summoning, though he also lacks the power to speak outloud. He as the ability to speak through the mind. He barely talks, and usually comes of rather menacing.

Description: The darkness will fill his mouth, which can actually disintegrate things. He can release bits of it, and it acts as acid.

Shadow Forest:
Rank: B
Description: Dartanya will create multiple columns of darkness surrounding the summoner and the opponent. The user can then back into the darkness, and reappear in another. The user themselves don't exactly know where the opponent is, which is why they depend on Dartanya to led them.

Frost Bite:
Rank: C
Description: Chill will have his fangs and claws engulfed in freezing chakra. If he manages to bite or slash someone/thing, they will suffer a very freezing after shock. The longer Chill manages to keep one of his fangs/claws on then, the more the ice takes over.

Freeze Step:
Rank: C
Description: Chill will stand still, and cause the land to freeze over, leaving the terrain frozen and icy. As the user moves, Chill can launch icicles from the ground, or create little ramps for the user to skate around on.

Taiosha

Taiosha is the only other dog that can speak outloud. She is considered the mother of the other wolves, and is the most caring. She is one of the largest, and actually battles with a blade. Taiosha deals in natural energy.

Energy Shot:
Rank: B
Description: Taiosha will have energy build up in either her mouth our along the length of her blade. She will then release it in one blast. If the opponent is hit, it is like getting hit with pure chakra.

Energy Absorb:
Rank: A
Description: Taiosha must be somehow latched onto the opponent, whether it is her blade stuck into them, or her mouth clenched on them. She will then draw from their chakra, and be able to transfer it to the summoner upon contact.

Healing Touch:
Rank: E-S
Description: Taiosha will be able to a multitude of wounds, but cannot bring back the dead. She will use the natural energy, or the energy of the user. This move is best used after Energy Absorb.

The use of this Summoning I created. I really like dogs/ wolves, and I think having a summoning will be awesome. This pack is mainly used for tracking {Hence Pakkun}. I believe this will further enhance my RPC's abilities, as well as give me a different way to venture into my RP skills. Using a summoning is like, having an entire different RPC character, though one with guidlines to help you stay in character. They each have their own techniques and personalities, though revolve around the Summoner. Not only can these dogs be used offensively, they can hunt, and be used outside of a fight. Overall, they're pretty cool.

Personnally I'm going to say no. I like that you made a dog summoning, those guys are pretty cool and should be explored in the show and in this guild.... but your also using wolves, which is another summoning contract. So thats a no.

This seems far too similar to the wolf summoning. I'm all for dog summoning and wolf summoning, but your going to need to have more to do with the dogs and less with elemental powers of the wolves.

I might also suggest exploring what the ninken pack can do instead of creating new dogs, but that is entirely up to you.

Explain more about what that does.

Flame Shot: No, pick a size of fire ball and chakra level. I don't want something that can change so easily on the fly. Thats why there are a number of katons for different size fire balls.

Dark Slash: No. A dark release is a bloodline trait and will not be granted to a summon. Also dark release works much differently from this.Also darkness does not have the ability to "fill" anything and cannot act as acid, due to it not being physical

Shadow Forest: Once again, dark release is a bloodline. How many columns? What size? What distance? Does the darkness interact with the battlefield in anyway? How do they teleport between them?

Frost Bite: Blood line.... so once again... no

Freeze Step: Blood line... yeah... Um how far? To what extent can he create things with ice? Does he need to remain still?

Energy Shot: I can't think of a time when "pure chakra" was allowed to be fired from a person's body so this would be a no. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Energy Absorb: There is some chakra leaching ability...but... it is supposed to be "unholy" Orochimaru's words. This doesn't quite seem to fit with what your going for here, not an issue but I'm just saying. Umm how much chakra does it steal? How much chakra would the summoner get on contact?

Healing Touch: No. Another summoner did have

Chiyute No Jutsu: Karui (Healing Hands Technique: Minor)
Description: The user concentrates chakra into their hands creating a ball of healing chakra. This chakra when concentrated will repair physical damage to another person. This is the first stage of Chiyute taught to all Medical Nin, it is not possible to advance past stage three without this technique. The effects of this technique are limited to superficial cuts and injuries though it can reduce the severity of more serious injuries.

on theres, so you can have that level of healing, but nothing else.

I'm suggest making some changes and trying again.
