Now add all your numbers up.
In my case, it's 48.
According to the procedures of arithmancy, when the total of 2 consecutive numbers exceeds 9, it has to be cut down further. So it's 4+8=12, which goes down to 1+2=3. If you do not get it, please post and I will explain.
The final result; the reduced number of all the values in the name. This is the Character Number. It indicates the personality type of the individual. My Character Number is 3.
Next is the Heart Number, which refers to the individual's inner life and is said to indicate desires and other fears hidden from others. The Heart Number is the total of all the VOWELS in a name, reduced to a single digit.

Finally we go to the last number; the Social Number. It refers to your outer personality; how you face the outside world [not neccasairily how you act when you post in the forums]. It is determined by, you guessed it, all the consonants in your name.

My Social Number is 2. You HAVE to reduce all three numbers until they are a single digit. Leave the FINAL digits alone.

That is how you figure out your arithmancy numbers. These might not pertain to YOU, the one typing at the keyboard, just your avatar. I have no problem if you do it for your real name. Actually, you can do it yourself if your not comfy doing posting it here. Either way, please post them in THIS lesson; the meanings of the numbers come in Lesson 3.
