Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that you do not have the rights to. That would not be against the terms unless your video forum goes againts the terms and I highly doubt that; You'll be fine.

We have rights to everything in the video forum.
They are available on the internet...for public viewing...for free
Downloading music is something which is ILLEGAL. Music costs money and downloading it is stealing.
Sure there are a few loopholes in that law, but I don't think we need to risk it.

They are available on the internet...for public viewing...for free
Downloading music is something which is ILLEGAL. Music costs money and downloading it is stealing.
Sure there are a few loopholes in that law, but I don't think we need to risk it. Kim, you can get music from websites that already host it. Places like purevolume.com have music and then there are the MP3 popular music galleries that are 100% legal. Downloading may be illegal but getting music from other websites that allow it and already have it up for the listener's pleasure are legal.

True... in essence... yet even if we were to only post music that is completely and one hundred percent legal, there would be others that would post links to music which someone has pirtated from cd's and such... Or, they may not... but it's not that we're going to post things like that, it's that we're making a place where it's likely, and more than possibly going to happen, and for us to leave it open like that... it wouldn't be good. Videos can be done because nobody is going to pirate a movie and upload it, and they're definitely not going to post links to pirated movies, on account that I'd ban them on the spot, cuz I'm evil like that... talk2hand
