I'm naturally skinny, no matter what or how much I eat.
I don't excercise much at all...
However, I'm starting yoga next quarter!
(I'll let you know how that goes...)
I used to be that way. Trust me, it won't last forever.
neutral I've started a new workout regiment! It's a lot more intense than before haha. I'm trying to lose a pound a week.
I cycle for about 8miles a day/ 4 or 5 days a week. This semester I live 4mi away from campus and my bike is my main means of transportation- so this part of the regiment isn't terribly optional unless the weather is terrible.
Classes!
Mondays: "Total workout" aerobics fitness class - 1 hour; then Pilates for 1 hour. + 8miles bike
Tuesdays: 8mi bike - No gym classes today
Wednesdays: "Game2Move class" Where we play DDR for an hour! It's really fun

Thursdays: DDR - 1hr and/or Power Workout class - 1hr + 8mi bike
Friday- Sun: rest days
And I just got approved to use the fitness room, where I will be using the weight machines and cardio machines. I want to run in a race at the end of the semester, so I need to start training for that. I'm going to run a mile twice a week to begin with. Other than that, I'll be using the same machines I already was, plus a low-back exercise and an ab machine. I lost 10lbs this last month or so already.
