The blurr within her mind still seemed prominent as she exited her vehicle. Undoing her zurgling's belted car seat she soon pulled the tot into her arms protectivly, buy loosly, enought to have a free arm to shut the door. Fingers brushed along the young one's brow for a moment before she smiled proudly at her, the two silent but acknowleging.

Soon Eve's head turned to look towards the building ahead of her, a place she had once called home a few years back. The history of this place seemed lost to her, but the familiarity hadn't. Having recieved contact from a fellow agent Eve jumped at the notion to return without a second thought, having gone through a rather rough ordeal with a lover and losing everything but her child and her dignity. With mental fingers crossed she beeped her transport to lock and then made slow thoughtful steps towards the agency.

Questions began to creep within her mind. She had been talking with this agent for a few days now, even read though the files sent to her of herself and works within the G.I.B
She could not seem to grasp the concept that she had been here before, that when she would walk in she would be recognized despite her new and perminant Gaian non-zurg form.

Pink hair played in the wind, tickling the nose of her zurg-tot ad she walked up the steps, taking a deep breath as she raised her Agent Eve name tag, granted access, and walked in.

Dalvar was the first person to see that Eve had returned. And by see I mean this: With her attention focused entirely on the paperwork she was scanning she almost crashed into Eve, stopped abruptly without looking up, stepped around her, and continued walking before stopping abruptly again and turning around with a surprised look on her face.

"Agent Eve, is that you?" The Zurg folded the papers in her hand and tucked them under her left arm. "Why, I haven't seen you in ages!" She grinned broadly, black eyes sparkling, "Welcome back, how have you been?" She noticed the Zurgling next to Even and crouched down, holding her hand out to the child. "And little Tesla Rose! We've missed you!"

Even Agent Eve was deep within her own thoughts before she realized what could have happened. It wasn't until Tesla's (thanks for telling me her name) soft whimpers and tightening grip to prepare for a collison that sent her mind back to reality.

Listening to The fellow zurg's words and watching the interaction between her and Tesla made a brow raise, gripping her daughter's hand firmly as Tesla, having been to young at the time to remember the other agents, shyly hid a blushing face within her mother's leg. She wore a pretty pink dress with yellow ribbons, Eves favorite color combinations, as well as Tesla's.

"Thank you, it is a relief yo be under a roof of sorts." she let out quietly, a voice like honey cascading from her breath.

Taking a break from his work ( a word used very loosely, by Agent Ginji, as a few of his superior officers had pointed out on multiple occasions) Agent Ginji had decided to visit his *favorite* paperwork-giving Zurg, to see if some of those papers documenting the new weapon control protocols reeeallly needed to be filled out and complied with. It's not that he didn't like rules, or that he wasn't careful with his weapons, it's just that filing information for every weapons malfunction or crises got...tiring... As he headed to her office, he heard a slight crash, a sound he rarely expected to hear outside of S-13, and decided to see what was going on. When he arrived, he saw someone he hadn't seen in a while, and certainly hadn't expected to see again so soon. "EVE-chaaaaaaaaaaaaan!" he shouted, as he broke into a running tackle-hug, a grin spread from ear to ear, plastered on his face. "Eve! It's you! You're here! You came! How have you been?"

Toki glanced down at her modified pager. It had just beeped, letting her know that an agent had entered the GiB. She sighed and checked the tiny screen, which alerted her to the fact that an agent who's name she did not recognize had entered the building.
"Somebody.... new?" She wondered aloud. She ran down the staircase. Being a very much picky-and-choosy sort of organization, the GiB rarely let in new agents. She paused for a moment before continuing around the corner, hearing a rather loud shout that sounded oddly like agent Ginji. She slowly pulled out a gun before darting around the corner, and taking in the scene before her. Ginji had his arms wrapped around a woman who she did not recognize, a zurgling in a dress had her arms wrapped around the strange womans leg, and Dalvar just grinning at the duo in amusement.
Toki smiled, and dropped her gun back into her boot. "Hey, you must be pretty special to get Ginji to shout like that." She turned to Ginji. "Don't do that, I nearly shot her, I thought there was a problem." She then smiled, and offered her hand to the woman. "Nice to meet you."

Dalvar looked up and frowned. "There has been trouble? You know that all Agents are welcome to stay at th-"

She did not get to finish her sentence because right at that moment a rather less than calm Agent Ginji catapulted himself, screaming, into the room. Quietly amused, Ginji's favorite paperwork-giving Zurg stood up and took a step back to avoid getting herself injured by the Agent's exuberance. Ginji's statements, she noticed, were almost exactly the same as her own. Clearly, they had been spending too much time together. That, or they both very much liked the fact that Eve was back.
...
Probably the latter.

"Agent Toki." The Zurg greeted with a disapproving glance at the Agent's weapon. She was in too good a mood to make anything of it and, a grin back on her face, nodded towards Eve. "This is Agent Eve... She's been gone for a while. Since before you joined, I believe."

Agent Ginji nodded at Dalvar's words. "Considering how Agent Toki joined a few months ago, and Agent Eve became one of us not too shortly after the Induction days, yes, Eve is indeed senior to her~"

Eve was clearly unsure of how to act to be honest. Her eyes grew wide with surprise as she braced herself for the leap, Tesla reacting in a more fearful manner as her nimble body scaled Eve's, climbing up her leg and side and clinging to her shoulders like a feline would have.

Eve's arms slowly wrapped around the agent in an awkward motion, her eyes darting to the other two before settling on the one embracing her. "Quite the warm welcome." She let out as she carefully slid her body from his. With weary eyes she looked around the area, but yo her dismay simply returning would not bring back the memories that have faded.

"I understand there is daycare... But I wish her to stay with me. At least... until I am comfortable with your staff." She let out with a nod, assuming she was to return to work as if nothing had happened. She had no idea what to or how protocal goes these days, but she would do what it takes... as long as she and her daughter was safe.

"You have a kid..." Toki said rather uncomfortably, her happy mood somewhat crushed. She didn't like small children. They could so easily be hurt and corrupted, and she hated that they were so defenseless against the world. It was a reminder of all the things that could happen to any defenseless person. It had been due to her lobbying that a daycare was established, simply because the happy shouts of children running along the hallways of an establishment dedicated to protecting gaia with any means possible seemed like such a freakish juxtaposition it made her want to vomit.
She ran her fingers along her wrist, a nervous habit that she had developed from back when she would keep bullets stored in a pouch on her wrist, a sure sign that she was uncomfortable with the situation she found herself in.
"Um." Her she looked away, fiddling with her fingers.
"Sorry about the gun, Dalvar." She apologized quietly. She knew Dalvar generally dissaproved of handling firearms regularly. "I thought there might have been a problem."

Fingers brush along Tesla's forehead that sat near her shoulder, nodding to the woman's comment lightly as she spoke. "I asure you, Tesla is wise beyond her years. She knows her place is by my side, or where I tell her to be. She is as smart as I and agile as her father. She is balanced on her feet."

Soon the young zurg hopped from her mothers shoulders to the floor, squatting to brace the landing before hiding behind Eve's legs. Eve looked down and shook her head, her voice firm but loving. "Now, what have I said about climbing mm? Outside travel, use your inside motions please." She let out as she knelt down, facing Tesla so she could straighten the toddlers dress.

Standing once more she then looked to the Agents, blushing slightly. "My mind is rather blurred of what my daily activities were, it seems, so use me where you need me most. I learn fast."

"Okay." Toki looked away, a little unnerved by the entire situation. "There really isn't much going on right now. Some sections are blowing things up, some sections are doing paperwork, and some sections are blowing up paperwork." She thought for a moment.
"So that just sticks you with paperwork, if you want to ensure the safest possible place for your little one. Rather boring for your first day back on the job..." Toki said quietly. "Maybe Ginji has an idea that won't kill innocent bystanders?" She smiled at him, the 'balloon incident' all to fresh in her mind. "I do have quite a lot of work to do..." Her mind drifted back to the pile of papers that Tso had given her that morning. It almost made her wonder what he so desperately wanted to do that morning that would make him dump his paperwork on her. Probably to keep her busy. When she was bored, she would dedicate her time to bothering her beloved section head.

Eve nodded lightly, though perking to the idea of blowing up paperwork. Son she looked at Tesla as she spoke in an almost singsong manner. "What do you think mm? Doing paperwork sound like an easy day back?"

Tesla's enlarged head peered up at her mother and little illiterate babbled of quiet excitment, nodding briskly as she held her mother's hand. Soon her eyes dart from Tesla to a near by wall, a single bead of sweat drizzling ad her ears caught wind of an all to familiar voice. Even though she was positive it wasn't who she was reminded reminded of, it didn't stop her heart rate from sky rocketting, setting off her heart rate monitor in rhythmic beeps.

Standing quickly, she fiddled with what looked like a wrist watch until she was able to silence the beeping, covering herself, hopfully.
"I'll never get use to electric watches. Oldschool all te way for me.."

[[Just for reference...Because I guess no one actually knows...Agent Ginji does have a first name. It's Naru. Ginji, is his last name.]]
Agent Ginji looked as way as yet again, someone felt compelled to mention the incident that had originally given every one doubts as to whether or not he was really fit to be the head of a sub-section. Of course, o one ever mentioned the *good* things he had done for the GiB, like upgrading the features of nearly all side-arms so that there was next to no chance of a misfire, or making it so they could clean themselves, or even the simple fact that he had found a way of making it so that all the weapons generated their own ammunition, thus saving the GiB countless gold and natural resources...which he then spent on creating other new weapons. He mumbled something incoherent, and made a mental note to *not* invite Agent Toki to the next weapons Demo, despite the fact that he knew it was on her day off anyway. He thought for a moment...and he realized that he actually had no idea what section Eve had ever been in.
"Well...I'm not sure. I mean...Even I have paperwork that could be done, if she wanted to do so...Dalvar knows I always have some paperwork. But...Eve, do you know what section you were in, or, what section you want to be in?"
PostPosted: Wed Oct 28, 2009 9:02 pm

"Your section, probably." Toki said, glancing down at her cellphone, hoping that somebody would call her and get her out of this situation. "Security is really boring." As interesting as Eve was, as nice as she was, Toki didn't think she could deal with a regular reminder of the small children the world lost every single day.
She looked over at Ginji, and silently pleaded for him to get her out of here.

[[I never knew Toki was a bleeding heart...]]
Ginji stretched a bit, and then remembered the reason he ahd even come this way to begin with. "Oh! Dal, I finally remembered what brought me here! Do I really need to fill out all these papers?" he asked, not realziing his hands were empty. That fact didn't make it to his brain for a few more moments. "GAH! I forgot them in my office again. Oh Tooooki-chaaaan, feel like doing me a favor? You have to get back to your station, don't you, before Tso notices? Do you think you could be a doll and stop by my office and pick some papers that I left there for Dal pretty please?"
