So I know that a bunch of people are doing Micheal Jackson shows this year, but because of the FSU Marching Cheifs, our band is doing "Thriller" for our homecoming game the day before Halloween *excited* watch the video of them XD http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O8LpGvPAfIY

We did it for our Halloween show last year. It was kind of a pain because we learned the entire show in two rehearsals in the snow with no gameday rehearsal. Gawd.

Nice shows, everyone smile obligatory link to our MJ showWe did this in 2007. My first halftime show ever, yay. There's no Thriller because we had already played it in our 2001 MJ show, which I can't seem to find video of (there's an interesting story behind that one too, involving almost getting into a fight with another band...) We all marched with only one glove, and did the crotch grab at the end. I do enjoy the pelvic thrusting though. xD

Our band is getting together with the other school's band to do Thriller at the game before Halloween. I had a lesson today, so I haven't learned the dance, yet, but I will soon (and I'm not looking forward to it).

we had Lower State this past saturday....a band did it as one movement. Our football team did it at a pep rally....and did it BETTER..... clicky-clicky

I just actually learned the entire thrill the world version this afternoon and will be performing in randomly in the middle of campus on friday lol

Holy Cow! I always forget how big FSU's marching band is. They're getting too big for that field. xD
We also did Thriller this year in Blue Thunder. Sadly, no pelvic thrusts--blame the piccolos. *sigh*
